Hubspot combines website analytics, social media management, CRM, email - it effectively serves as a digital marketing dashboard more effectively than anything out there.

Cons

Once you start upgrading from the base plan it becomes very expensive very fast. If you're using the platform to its strengths it should be adding value.

Pros

Creating reports is also very easy and gives you good results while using the filters.

Cons

HubSpot creates duplicate leads using the same email Id. Sometimes the same customer gets assigned to two different sales persons. Only one sales person should handle one account. Linking of two different leads is not possible.
