Great platform, capabilities are endless and growing!

We use HubSpot on a daily basis. With our last CRM we barely touched it and it was near impossible to track customer interactions and conversations we were having with our customers. HubSpot makes it easy for our team to log daily interactions with customers, track deal stages and make sure our customers are happy. From a management position, reporting is crucial and the reporting add on is quite powerful and is getting better constantly. The integration with the marketing part of HubSpot means no loss of information between the two products and the automation is amazing!

What do you like best?

CRM, reporting, COS, dash boarding.

What do you dislike?

Multi currency hasn't been built yet, no CRM app for android and no parent-child accounts yet although I hear it is in the pipeline!

Why did you end up selecting HubSpot Marketing over other applications?

CRM was free for starters with better capabilities then a lot of other paid options. The education surrounding HubSpot (academy, etc.) is amazing and the staff really won us over. Fast growing company too!

If so, why did you switch?

Hopeless product - didn't look good, and the capabilities were next to none.

What is your main use case with HubSpot Marketing?

Love it, clean, good look, really easy to use, great support team as well.
