Pros

Their new GUI is super easy to use, and makes it really easy to create click-worthy communication to your customer/prospect. Their reporting and analysis is AMAZING.
The formatting templates are also user friendly and produce great results. I like that you can now edit imported emails to check if they are good.
The thing I like the most about iContact is that they make email marketing easy and fun to do. My emails have never looked so good and its all because of them.

Pros

It has a good & clear interface and user friendly. It has a very widespread marketing automation solution that allows you to mind map your workflow.
I really like how this tool has a good very plan for small businesses like mines. You get basic crm features like sales management and some email marketing automation.
Most companies will try to lock you into a one year commitment, but it is perfectly reasonable to know everything works together in harmony. Question 3: Is this the right price for me.

Cons

It is frustrating that iContact makes changes, and I receive no notification about them.
Initially during the on-boarding process, they boasted a lot about the features and no suspensions, but once we paid and on-boarded the struggle started.
Even though the charity I worked with started using another service, iContact demanded payment for a period of time after we had made the switch. I personally found that in poor taste.

Cons

Some services hard to navigate, trying to work out the Auto part was a bit tricky. Also the additional cost to loose agile from my emails was a bit annoying.
The support team is very patient and they have schedules available for training 24*7 for each module and there is no restriction for training.
I had major trouble canceling my free trial and was eventually charged for two months of subscription. I am updating this review as I was able to receive a refund for those two months.
