Great Support Team, Love the new Interface

Pros

Their staff are very helpful and readily available for assistance. The most recent update to the interface was great and made the system a bit more user-friendly.

Cons

When you navigate to Sent emails it defaults to the Drafts view which seems impractical.

easy to learn and use. i love the templates it has to offer for writing the emails. it has everything you need to run your marketing successfully for your business.

Cons

That once a clients says do no contact, we cannot change that or reverse it if they change their mind

Excellent product and support!!

It is highly customizable and allows us to be more efficient and track our internal and external marketing material.

Pros

Our organization has used iContact Pro software for a number of years. It is highly customizable and allows us to be more efficient and track our internal and external marketing material. The software is very stable and we rarely need support but in those few instances that we do, we always receive excellent support and guidance. There are a number of features that are extremely useful. The Engagement Tracking and Integration options provides advanced manageability. The Email Notifications keep everyone in constant communications. Excellent product with excellent support staff!!!

Cons

For internal email communications, it would be helpful to remove the subscribe option at the bottom of the emails.

Easy to use platform. Limited in terms of editing capability. Overall a good buy

Pros

Easy of use. After they made the latest update to the platform it was allot easier to put marketing emails together. It also wasn't as basic.

Cons

Lack of functionality. Can't edit some things. Limited features. Sometimes if you need a subscript or even alternate fonts, there isn't that capability in Icontact.

Happy with product overall.

Pros

Easy to upload images and implement them into theme. I also like the templates provided as they give format tips for several ideas.

Cons

We also have a few issues having it format the same on our Microsoft Outlook 365 emails as it did on GMail.

It is helping me make more money with less Employees.

Pros

I love being able to email a 1000 or a 100 clients in one email blast. It is making me money. :)

Cons

The DO NOT CONTACT feature. We should receive at least one email asking us to remove from a database before being placed on DNC.

Overall I think iContact is worth the money, but it is a little cumbersome and clunky.

We can easily connect with our clientele for a minimal monthly price.

Pros

I like the amount of storage we have for images and contacts and I like the amount of emails we can send per month. Also the update is more streamlined with better looking email templates.

Cons

When I want to edit the email templates, it can often look clunky and out of place. I wish they were more customizable as far as adding more personal aspects i.e. logos, picture, color schemes, etc. Often times I like the bones of the email template, but I want to make it match our company's branding.

iContact has been perfect for my firm's email marketing efforts, especially at its price point

Pros

Ease-of-use, customer support, pricing. iContact is very intuitive and I have never had issues with navigating the platform. Our rep, Steve, has been super helpful.

Cons

Contact management and email design. It is not easy to manage all of your contacts in their respective lists, across lists, in do not contact lists, etc.

Friendly customer service folks, quick to create emails

Pros

For perspective, our usual list has <70,000 emails on it, and we send a couple times a month.

Cons

Creating list segments is tough without planning ahead Bullets don't center with the text Not 100% customizable, but hey, it's responsive! Integrate social sending with Hootsuite or Nuvi (<-- wishlist item)
