Pros

Their new GUI is super easy to use, and makes it really easy to create click-worthy communication to your customer/prospect. Their reporting and analysis is AMAZING.
The formatting templates are also user friendly and produce great results. I like that you can now edit imported emails to check if they are good.
The thing I like the most about iContact is that they make email marketing easy and fun to do. My emails have never looked so good and its all because of them.

Pros

We've used Peakon for a number of years now and found it super useful for getting constructive feedback from our staff. The tool is easy to use, insightful and good value for money.
Very easy to use, nice UI and backed by solid research into what engages/motivates employees.
Easy to use, lots of help if we need it. The export report is good as it is easy to present to teams for feedback.

Cons

It is frustrating that iContact makes changes, and I receive no notification about them.
Initially during the on-boarding process, they boasted a lot about the features and no suspensions, but once we paid and on-boarded the struggle started.
Even though the charity I worked with started using another service, iContact demanded payment for a period of time after we had made the switch. I personally found that in poor taste.

Cons

No real issues with Peakon. Ve been a user for 2 years, and have no real negative feedback.
It can sometimes be frustrating trying to second-guess the reasoning behind anonymous feedback, but then the anonymity is key to the platform so I guess it's not the software that's at fault.
The monthly surveys take a bit of getting used to for staff. We also have a complicated departmenal structure and that can make reading the results confusing sometimes.
