Pros

Their new GUI is super easy to use, and makes it really easy to create click-worthy communication to your customer/prospect. Their reporting and analysis is AMAZING.
The formatting templates are also user friendly and produce great results. I like that you can now edit imported emails to check if they are good.
The thing I like the most about iContact is that they make email marketing easy and fun to do. My emails have never looked so good and its all because of them.

Pros

Cons

It is frustrating that iContact makes changes, and I receive no notification about them.
Initially during the on-boarding process, they boasted a lot about the features and no suspensions, but once we paid and on-boarded the struggle started.
Even though the charity I worked with started using another service, iContact demanded payment for a period of time after we had made the switch. I personally found that in poor taste.
