InGo's Customer Service and Product stand out in a field of competitive referral marketing

We needed another solution to get people to WANT to come back to an in person event, and networking is the biggest piece of that event. It was a natural fit for InGo to start networking months before the event by telling peers they were attending and to join them, all automated.

Pros

InGo is super easy to use after a detailed walkthrough with their great support team, and any questions are answered so quickly. They're beyond thorough in their walkthroughs and made the setup process a breeze. The product itself is really powerful and customizable which is great for large events and getting in actual paid conversions in both assisted and last click models. Their whole team is full incredibly intelligent and kind people and they're always looking out for the best for their customers. I would reccomend InGo to anyone trying to use more user-generated referrals in their marketing plan in any way.

Cons

The first time we fully customized the widgets to register/log in/etc. it took a little back and forth to get right, but everyone was super helpful and we conquered it and after that initial setup the rest became a breeze.

Great team and support!

Pros

I like how easy it is to use, and how we are able to get so many leads organically. The model really works and needs little maintenance from our side. This particularly is great as we are really busy with the rest of the event campaign.

Cons

There is one thing that we are still working on together with the team which is working on a way to get the InGo widget work on our new registration platform IIRIS. And one thing I would suggest to change is to give us the option of choosing what the users land on after registering. Some people land on the "send an email invite" option and others on the "social post" option. I prefer everyone to land on the social post so it immediately gives them the opportunity to upload it on their profiles.
