Their Support Team is A+. I've never seen a support team more helpful than ION's (and they are quick! Hi David!) Easy of use once you get the hang of it (and find out where everything is/what you can do) Animations! (hoping they create more in future updates)

Takes awhile to get accustomed to the CMS Analytics could use some work/ be better clarified It would be great if there was a way to show all of your active content on one page with their URLs next to it (better to keep track of as some things are time sensative)

Easy to use, no coding necessary, great customer service!

If you need to create a version of a page hosted elsewhere, it's not that easy. You'll need to recreate it from scratch within the platform rather than simply importing the code.

Great customer service. Ion is always there to help us when we have a question whether it is a technical issue or just looking for suggestions on the best way to use the platform, The pages are super customizable and they have a ton of templates to choose from with several different use cases.

There is a definitely a learning curve with using this platform and building experiences. They do offer video training to help but there are gaps in knowledge when you first start out.

There is rarely any mistakes on the creative.

Sometimes it is hard to get an ETA for our projects or get timely responses from the developers.

ion is super easy to get started with and takes out the complexity of building webpages from scratch. The time saved alone is worth it. Any time we have had a question or issue with the app, the customer support team was very responsive and helped us work through the problem.

The interfaces are a little dated - I would love to see a face lift (especially to the campaign and creative performance reports).

The best asset in ION's tool kit is their support and development team. As a financial services company we need tools like calculators to adhere to very specific and, at times, complicated specifications. The ION team has been up to the challenge each and every time.

We have found that some of the pieces have experienced minor formatting issues in iOS and other Apple operating systems and products. Knowing the market share of iPhones and iPads within the mobile space we hope that this will be addressed soon.

The platform is user friendly, it has alot of functionalities and we love that we can see where are customers click on our landing pages.

The userface can be updated to be a little more simple but that's about all I would change.

It allows you to prepare a solid prototype of a landing page/pages which will help you keep your different designs for multiple pages organized. A lot of tools which help do everything you can possibly think of when it comes to marketing campaign etc. WYSWIG editor is really nice when you can figure out what, and how to do it (but creating custom stuff can be hard).

Writing something like a custom solution could be tricky (or so it feels) so you may need to involve developer or someone familiar with creating custom themes/webpages. I would prefer if they would rewrite their tutorials - it can be really weird sometimes - feels too hard, or like they're forgetting something in between the next steps you're supposed to do.

There are so many uses and applications that it can be overwhelming when you begin.

Lovely application to produce meaningful and interactive content driven marketing blocks - can really jazz it up and impress clients

I would like to see it generate more leads that it currently is - targeting niche audiences is simply not enough today

Simple Straight Forward Sleek Modern Basically, you will be able to create the content you need and want, quickly and efficiently.

The cons are that there is a bit of a learning curve on how all the containers interact with everything. Along with that, it takes some time to familiarize yourself with thee capabilities.

A lot of possibilities to build up a project inside ION, we've used the quiz feature and we have been receiving some good feedbacks about the project and the way it was built.

Some features (for example, tagging some result pages) are kind of complicated to learn, although the support team is always there to help you.

The learning curve for the platform is very steep. You need to have a dedicated designer in order to succeed or have the professional services team at Ion do them for you. Once you know the platform though, it becomes much easier to crank out content!
