Pros

Their support/chat is very responsive and helpful. Kontainer has strong integration possibilities with fx.
Kontainer has a nice interface which can be designed and changed in a lot of ways. The customer support is fantastic with a very short response time.
The onboarding programme has been very good - and we have got a lot of useful guidance, inspiration and learnings about best practice.

Pros

What I like most about Pimberly is the ease of integration with other systems. Its interface to create APIs and map attributes is absolutely great.
Since we feel comfortable and confident with the initial product suite we are even more excited about other ways we can leverage this software.
The experience with Pimberly has been fantastic, from pre-sales to onboarding to launch. Each person who has represented the company has been polite, attentive, and informed.

Cons

It's a bit annoying that it often logs out several times during the day.
We miss being able to replace existing files without having to delete and re-upload , redo tags and texts etc.
Limited download options (eg cannot download ai files as Png).

Cons

A customer for 4 years and biterly disapointed at the lack of developments that was 'sold' to us as.
While initially our primary Pimberly rep was apologetic that this happened, Pimberly management stepped in to then allege the fault was likely with BigCommerce and Pimberly should have no blame.
After that Pimberly largely refused to communicate with us. No help was offered or provided for getting our website data back to normal.

My overall experience is very good. I think that the system is perfect for us and the colleages are very helpfull.

Pros

That you can have both your PIM and DAM system at one place. It is an easy system to navigate in.

Cons

That it is still very new, so there is still some things that are under development.

An Kontainer gefällt mir am besten, dass wir unseren Kunden alle unsere Marketing Materialien übersichtlich, wie auf einer Website zu Verfügung stellen können!

Cons

Ich würde denke, dass es keine Unterscheidung zwischen dem PIM und dem DAM Paket geben sollte, sondern beides in einem System integriert sein sollte!

Easy way to collect brand material, pictures & content

Very nice tool. Helpfull people at KONTAINER if you have any questions. We don´t use it correctly as a PIM system - why it can be a bit complicated to work with. Would be better without all that manually work. But that's our problem.

Pros

It gives us an easy and good overview of the products and assets that our costumers needs. It's easy for them to search for a specific product and then find data, product info etc.

Cons

The different folder types can be a bit difficult to differentiate from each other. I had problems with choosen the right ones from the beginning. And first you startet out - you have to do it over again if you find out you need another type.

I wouldn't have chosen any other DAM system!

This is the most versatile and price friendly DAM I have ever worked with. It has a fantastic support structure, so we always feel we have someone to suport us if needed.

Pros

There are so many benefits to mention abou this software. The functionality is perfect for medium/big sized companies, the pricing is incredible to beat and their attitude to constanly improving their software accoring to customer feedback. Their support/chat is very responsive and helpful. Kontainer has strong integration possibilities with fx. our PIM system, Perfion. We no longer administer images in PIM, but do it instead in the very user friendly Kontainer interface. Markeintg use Kontainert for all their hi-res images for print and other colleteral, instead of saving images in various local folders/drives. Our external customers now use Kontainer to download our product images for their own print and web material.

Cons

Kontainer feels like a relatively young company, so their sofware is maybe not as mature as the more high-end/expensive options on the market. This being said, Kontainer has ample functionality available, and is constantly adding new features. The tagging options can sometimes be a bit confusing when trying to set up, but as we have integrated Kontainer with an external PIM system, we only use the basics here.
