Pros

Was a great way to drive traffic and sale to my online store also had wonderful customer services and easy to follow instruction.
I liked the easy-to-read presentation of the wealth of data in a unified dashboard.
As a long time web analytics nerd, I was thrilled when the LeadsRx team explained the differences between the two and showed me the full capabilities of the product.

Pros

I loved the ease of use and the dashboard that was incredibly easy to understand.
The ease with which you can understand multi-attribution is very impressive.
Cost data integrations with major ad networks & ability to apply multi-touch attribution. Also appreciate the ability to manually upload spend for one off campaigns run on smaller networks.

Cons

Unfortunately couldn't properly connect with our platform and was missing data.
I believe the software features could be broken down even more rather than packing so much into just a few features.
They are constantly updating and adding new features so sometimes it difficult to keep up with new features.

Cons

There's no keyword level data from AdWords being passed into Attribution App (AA). A small number of times AA doesn't show any data for a lead at all which can be frustrating.
Campaign level data restriction can inhibit granular ad group level tracking. Daunting interface at first.
I really don't see a lot of bad parts about Attribution.

Good attribution tool

It provides a part of the overall response, attribution and ROI message to our clients.

Pros

It provides some attribution for web lift with our customers. There are some limitations as it relates to our business and the attribution we receive.

Cons

Somewhat cumbersome to set up and to get our clients to activate. Also, it shows attribution w/in 10 minutes of a commercial running on our stations. With radio, consumer activity often doesn't take place within 10 minutes of the commercial.

LeadRx Solves offline tracking issues

LeadsRx helps attribute digital site traffic to offline mediums, while it is not an exact science, it does a much better job than any other solution we have tried.

Pros

LeadsRx helps provide proper attribution models that accurately weight our on and offline media presence for more accurate attribution and a better understanding of our consumer's journey through our site.

Cons

I am not a coder - setting up conversions and other goals on the site is not intuitive and requires some trial and error. The customer service team is supportive and able to walk me to the process but it took some time.

I like the product, but implementing is proving more difficult

Overall, it has been a good thing to have, and very affordable as a dealer group.

Pros

This software helps us target attribution better than Google Analytics, because we can pull in schedules from traditional media platforms like TV and Radio to see attribution at those airing times specifically.

Cons

However, this product was marketed as a turnkey, easy to use platform, which is not the case. You have to input information every month, and their attribution is not as accurate or as pinpointed down to sale as expected.

Great for ROI

My LeadsRx rep has been great about getting my questions answered, however I am still struggling to use this program. It is very robust and not a lot of explanation on the site in how to use it. However my calls with my rep have been very helpful in navigating the system, and we are beginning to really learn how to use this and segment based on different mediums.

Pros

Attribution for TV or Radio spots to web traffic or conversions.

Cons

Is extremely robust, and there is not tutorial on how to use.

Pros

I have always enjoyed using this product. I felt it was very easy to navigate and the reports were easy to pull and show to clients

Cons

Sometimes the pdf's can be a bit difficult to read if you use a longer timeframe

Works Great with High Frequency Schedules

Used for only 2 auto dealer clients. Great way to show attribution and that radio really drives web searches

Pros

This product is great to pair with a high frequency on air broadcast schedule. Gives the client a way to show that on air radio works to drive online searches. Great way to have a talking point that traditional media drives digital search. Great product for high freq automotive dealers looking for increased web searches

Cons

wish it could be used on with on schedules not just high frequency. A lot of push back from clients due to the nature of having to give their google read only access. Clients didn't like having to give access to a 3rd party

Has multiple times now proven our attribution of our efforts. Which closed two recent deals with increased revenue when they compared our results to tv.

Cons

When broken down to coat per ad I find it in accurate and doesn’t look well even though we have great results.

One company loves the attribution tool. We are the only media company they use that has this ability and it gives them confidence as to where they spend funds.

Pros

Leads RX Attribution tool has successfully tracked and shown the positives and negatives of a radio and digital campaign. The tool helps to learn where to tweak company spending and has enabled us to be considered for additional leg of the campaign.

Cons

The reporting is wonderful, but the training and ease of use initally were a bit difficult to learn. After a few clients or campaigns have been added, I am gaining confidence in how to best set up and ease of use.

Good Program Overall

Positive overall experience as it helps guide optimizations based on results. If you believe in the methodology, the results seem accurate. Best for low frequency campaigns to see actual attribution.

Pros

Once you figure out how to navigate through the program, it is great to be able to see results around so many different variables.

Cons

The interface is extremely slow and clunky. Doing campaigns with a lot of markets can be very time consuming to set up and then loading accounts and reports (especially aggregate reports) can take a long time to load up.

Helpful except for radio networks

Overall happy!

Pros

The general overlay of radio spots with client web traffic was a helpful correlation. Dayparts & creative A/B testing was also helpful.

Cons

iHeart & LeadsRX didn't consider that many of our clients buy radio networks and they are more robust sales, still needing this type of attribution. It was easy, there was a clunky & timely workaround, but still not convenient.

Pros

I thought it was pretty good for attribution. Not too advanced, but not too complicated so you can get in, get what you need and be able to show your client the reports.

Cons

I had to have logs manually uploaded and it was not seamless with our software; but that was because of the different systems we used as a company.

Great Multi-Channel Analytics

Pros

I like the ability to track the interplay of marketing channels and to examine the impact of channels on different methods of attribution. I also thought the setup and integration with Shopify was very easy.

Cons

I would have hoped that it could have automated more of the categorization of touchpoints based on Google Analytics, but the setup for this section didn't take very long, and it was good to eyeball these sources.

Radio Attribution Review

LeadsRx is great for showing attribution and the impact radio has on a clients web traffic; however, it cannot be the only tool used as sometimes there are other factors affecting traffic going up and down too.

Pros

It is great for evaluating the effectiveness of different creative as well as seeing which radio stations have the greatest impact on web lift. It also perfect for showing a new advertiser the impact radio can have on their business.

Cons

Morning drive on radio typically has the highest ratings, but because people are driving while listening, they are not typically visiting an advertisers website at this time. The tool almost makes selling AM drive hard if clients overanalyze. It is also hard if a client cancels TV for example, their overall traffic may go down while they are on radio because they removed a medium; however their traffic would be even lower without the radio campaign.

Great tech, and a great team

The team was awesome working through integration difficulties. The data collected, and ease of use were fantastic.

Pros

The dashboard, the tracking, the ability to adjust attribution models, see returns, and plan for the future. Auto detecting sources is a fantastic feature, and the ease of adding and breaking out specific touchpoints was good.

Cons

With one client in particular we could never make the Salesforce integration work properly. (7% of this is due to the clients SF setup, and not LeadsRX. Only one utm at a time could be used for auto detecting touchpoints.

Smart Owners & Great Support

Pros

I was very impressed with the backbone of the software. Meaning the founders/creators are data-driven and smart about how they have built the structure. Setup was extremely quick and simple. If you're looking for an out-of-the box attribution modelling tool, this is a great option.

Cons

Unfortunately there were some specific custom elements that were needed for our situation and there was a different option that could be tailored to fit our needs. No knock on LeadsRx, our circumstances were extremely unique and it wouldn't have made sense for them to make such a large adjustment to their software for one customer. Another minor item, the UI has some room to improve to become cleaner.
