Keeping contacts and tasks on target in an organized manner. Levitate makes it so easy to stay in contact with clients and the public by providing well-written pieces to post or send out. Customer service is amazingly personalized and helpful.

My overall experience has been excellent and I am really thrilled with Levitate. The implementation process was very easy and I was impressed with the level of personal support that I received. Levitate is perfect for my needs as a contact management system and even more so. I also like how easy it is to use, sort data, make lists, etc. Levitate has my full recommendation.
This product gives me everything that I need. I use it as a contact management system and more and it works great. I like how easy it is to use and I appreciate Levitate's support.

The onboarding process couldn't have been easier, and the customer service people are friendly and great to work with...especially since I'm not the most 'technologcally-oriented' person!
The amount of content material available is amazing. And there was a great deal targeted to my specific industry. And they develop it on a timely basis, so nothing ever seems to get too 'stale'. The ability to customize the material and make it specific to my needs is also of great value.
If I had one complaint its that the software reminds me far too often for 'tasks' that I should be doing, since I'm someone who doesn't want to inundate their clients with too much content.

My students love the timely contacts with specific information tailored to their status. I have received answers to 25% more of my campaigns since using the Levitate software.
Most important to AcademyGPPS communications is to address the students by category when general reminders and data are being distributed, but individually for payment receipts and Certificates. The Levitate system allows the right amount of information to be saved per student for specific emails, and unlimited tags to allow efficient group distributions. Additionally, the support provided by the Levitate team to design and customize templates and campaigns is the real value of this product over time! The students need clear concise emails that are timely, but not intrusive, and Levitate allows me to control who is getting what, and when. And, I can even know who opens which emails, and request updated emails in a timely fashion. Fantastic tools!
There is not a single thing that has not worked exactly as presented and expected. I like it all.

Overall, Levitate is a fairly priced easy to use product that I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a way to greatly improve their open rates on email campaigns. It also makes it very easy to keep up with customer communications with regular alerts. Reports are also very user friendly with good details.
Easy to use email campaigns that hit customer's inbox and get read. Our open rate more than tripled the open rate of our previous marketing software. Great friendly customer support. Easy reports and task assignment.
If you have customers or prospects that have multiple employees or hire new people, it is a real pain entering employees for the customer. Each employee has to be added individually with all the right tags, and details like address, phone, email, website etc. etc. This is a painful process which leads to missed tags, extra tags, misspelled information and a mess to clean up. Also, it would be nice to be able to customize some templates for notes to gather consistent format and information captured when talking/meeting with clients and prospects. Tried to integrate Google Docs to solve this issue with no success.

Great overall experience. Responsive and supportive customer support team. Open to customer feedback in designing new modules.
We have had such a great experience working with Levitate as our CRM. For a small company, Levitate is a intuitive and collaborative system that allows us to organize our contacts and diversify our outreach strategy.
As a small real estate company, our client interactions are very individualized (no cold calling, different transaction timelines, etc.) - so we weren't able to add many integrations or automations to our internal workflows.

We have had an incredibly positive experience in our first year with Levitate.
Automation is so helpful when it comes to keeping in contact with our clients, checking boxes, and helping minimize risk. We value keeping our clients in the loop in regard to office closures, changes in the industry or a specific policy type, and just generally avoiding E&O issues by providing information to our insureds without having to come up with the content ourselves or waiting to be asked by the insured (which is usually too late).
I do not have any complaints at this time.

Love Love Love them! They are so helpful. They do not make me feel like an idiot because I needed help getting started in their system. I have had so many customers tell me how much they appreciate me reaching out to them regularly thru emails with great and educational content.
I love that my emails look like I sent each one personally and that it's not a "blast" email. My customers have told me how special they feel that I thought enough to send them the emails. The content to choose from is amazing. I have been able to find many campaigns to fit my insurance office. They are super easy to edit if needed to "make them my own."
My least favorite is that as I get new customers into my office, I have to remember to add them into Levitate ... Or I can call Levitate and they will pull the reports from my computer for me and fix it. So ... I can't actually say I have a negative comment about Levitate because they help me even when I forgot to add them.

The experience with Levitate has been a welcome addition to my Agency. I cant say enough about the support I receive from my Rep, [SENSITIVE CONTENT]. She walks me through everything, gives advice and feedback on issues and really guides me to tailor things for my Agency. Shes awesome!
The best feature is its ease of use and how it integrates with my CMS
There is really nothing i like "least". Its just a matter of getting use to where things are.

Customer service is out of this world. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is outstanding with his knowledge and help to make sure this is working for our business. He cares and easy to get ahold and work over Zoom, call or email.
Easy to use, many options that are around our field, every client gets all my emails without going to spam, open rates are 50% or higher

Schedules Birthdays, Holidays or special occasions on the days we have selected. knowing the client is taken care.
Easy to use. Can schedule emails in a few seconds and know that you can send them out on certain dates. Very convenient.
Getting notifications everyday, but have since changed in our settings.

It's a great product that continues to improve and their team is willing to work with you to customize your experience, take feedback, etc.
There are three things I like most about Levitate: 1) Not a traditional email blast. The emails actually get sent from your own account so open and response rates are much better. 2) Automations available. Expand your horizons and save time with a number of possible automations. 3) Content creation. They produce a lot of good content so I don't have to. It's easy to modify their templates to customize for your needs as well.
Honestly, I can't think of a con at the moment.

Our overall experience has been great. This was affordable for our small company and is easy to use and maintain. I have recommended several people at other companies.
Levitate makes customer contact easy! Easy to create, schedule and manage. Templates for holidays and special events make it easy to deliver messages on those important dates.
We had no issues. Very easy to integrate and learn how to use.

Excellent - the product has helped us keep in contact with our client base, the email content is informative and fun, which our clients like.
Easy to use, able to reach a large client base at one time, helps keep communication fresh, lots of positive feedback from clients
Data loading into Levitate from our client management system sometimes isn't correct - I've been hesitant to use automation because of this. I still like to check client information prior to sending emails.

Overall, I have had a great experience with Levitate! I will say the first year was a little rough as we weren't able to utilize Levitate, but with [SENSITIVE CONTENT] as our Customer Success Specialist, I have only good things to say about my interaction & experience with Levitate!
It's a super useful tool to reach all our clients! It was very easy to integrate our management system with Levitate since the Levitate team makes it as seamless & easy as possible. It is very easy to use if you want to send out an extra email on the fly! Also, [SENSITIVE CONTENT] has made our experience with Levitate an amazing one! She's very accommodating & always so helpful!
My only complaint really is not having more customer-specific information on Levitate. If you have the time, you definitely could add some information yourself, but I don't have time to go through each client individually & add that information.

Levitate has been a great tool for retention by maintaining contact. The customer support offered by Levitate is outstanding form initial on-boarding to day-to-day support and maintenance.
The feature to automatically send up to date content to the client. Easy to track usage among producers.
We have no "cons" or shortcoming about the product as it has met all our expectations.

It's been great, we couldn't be happier with what we can provide our clients for the cost.
Having the ability to email all of our clients at once or even different segments of clients has been the best thing for us. Their system easily integrated with ours so it was simple. Our Levitate team helps recommend content and we approve it and its gone, that simple. It comes from our email so when our clients respond it comes straight to our email inbox. The Levitate team can also help draft specific content.

It is great. I have wanted to find a system to reach my clients on a steady basis and Levitate gives that to me.
The product is easy to use. And just as important are the various articles that can be e-mailed to my client list. I get a very good response back from my clients saying that they appreciate the information that I send out to them. And the availability of my Levitate representative [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is great. I can reach out to her either by phone or e-mail and she is very quick to respond back to me if she is not available to talk immediately.
I have not found anything lacking with the software.

Ours has been a very easy experience as we gain knowledge with the tools available in the system. Early training meetings with Levitate staff over the internet helped teach us what's available and helped us schedule a few campaigns.
Easy to use, timely information, and statistics showing its effectiveness.

I enjoy the marketing meetings that we have with [SENSITIVE CONTENT]. She is pleasant, thoughtful, responsive, and very knowledgeable.
I like being able to reach out to my clients frequently, and to keep my services in the forefront of their minds. Former clients will remember me more easily when they have recently seen a holiday message.
It was a little clunky at the beginning when my partner and I were parsing out which clients belonged to which of us. Other than that, I found things to take very little time and effort on my part.
