Pros

They do a great job of educating marketers about how to ensure your campaigns are successful not just in the short run, but also overall, over many, many mailings and contacts.
I love the interface - once I got to know what was possible it became very easy to create what I wanted. I feel like it makes a big difference in how we're perceived by our community.
I used to think it was way too cumbersome to use and not as fluid in its layout. I think, to stay competitive, Mailchimp has really focused on improving the UI to make it more user friendly.

Pros

What I mainly love about this product is it really helps me delivering more consistent service to my beloved clients.
I love connectwise for IT helpdesk because there are so many ways to interact with the software. It provides the ability to look up customers fast, start tickets fast and resolve them quickly.
Great organization of information including client information, tickets, and if needed documentation. Highly recommend as it's a great solution for an MSP of any size.

Cons

It lack direct and urgent support in times of desperate need of it, and the some features aren't so flexible, I can say its not so much up to par with industry standard.
The problem I ran into with mailchimp is that it struggled to sync with a wix site created for a client. Upfront, it worked well but then seemed to stop working.
Their modular template builder is the worst builder I've used ever. It's so bad that I rather just code the whole template.

Cons

First level support can be frustrating to work with at times. There seems to be lack of expertise and a lack of willingness to dig deep into issues in some occasions.
The biggest obstacle is the graphical interface which is not the most intuitive, since there are multiple hidden modules and for a novice user it can be difficult to manage the system.
The UI, the customer service, everything truthfully including their training which is the worst I have had to endure.
