Pros

I've had a very positive experience. The help desk was able to respond to some of my questions pretty quickly, I like the functionality and my emails look good.
Mailchimp is very great software. I like how it's easy to interface, and how you can clean the data.
I like how Mailchimp keeps track of my audience and helps me categorize them for different types of emails. I also like being able to create appealing and interactive emails for my viewers.

Pros

Furthermore, the fabulous dashboard gives spectacular graphs, and they are vibrant too, hence easy to know where we are standing by looking at them.
The CT team is responsive to inquiries and are a pleasure to work with. I'd strongly recommend the product to any team looking to increase their turnaround in CS stats.
It gathers information about what your email recipients think of your services. I love the ability to get an immediate email when the staff are not up to snuff.

Cons

I have had instances where the emails sometimes end up in the spam folder or promotions folder, which can be annoying and needs to be figured out.
Mailchimp is used by many which means that spam filters are more likely to tag your emails as spam. I did not have any other problems with Mailchimp.
For a company that's been around as long as Mailchimp has, it's crazy to me how bad the UX/UI is. It's just hard to use so much of the time.

Cons

I signed up for a plan and in the middle of the month switched the plan. It says on the site that they will bill you the second you switch, but I missed that and got double billed.
Its power lies in its simplicity, grads are busy and this lets them feedback really fast but we know in advance if there are any problems.
I am not sure if the amounts carry over from month to month.

Poor Customer Service

I used Mail Chip for approximately 6 month. For the most part, it delivers a product with a easy to using interface. If you have a problem - everything defaults to the customer knowledge base - which is fairly extensive. However, if you need additional help or services, do not expect a fast or in-person response for MailChimp. Like most other SasS companies - they automate everything. So if you want to further understand a problem so it does not happen again in the future, the main course of communication is email.

Easy to use for email marketing

Good. The most recognised email marketing software. I would recommend to beginners.

Pros

Mailchimp integrates with a number of marketing systems. This makes it easy to create emails with gifs, videos, surveys, etc. The free plan is very good if you are just starting out. I also like how you can set the size of any module box in the email which is something we have been unable to do with other systems.

Cons

Customer support on the paid plan can be slow sometimes. No customer chat on the free plan only paid.
