The ease-of-use & integration with Google Ads
Possibly too feature-rich, and there could be more campaign set up suggestions

Integrations with advertising platforms
The integration with Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns and Google remarketing ads. Solid reporting feature.
Mail Chimp branding appears a lot at the lower priced options. I found it more complicated than expected to get started.

It is the right tool for small and medium size business. I can upload HTML emails or do it from scratch in the platform. I particularly like contact rating with stars, it helps segment and focus on the most profitable 20%. It also simplifies the list health status. Another favorite feature is A/B testing, which I use for title testing They are including new features, so what could I ask
The integration with Facebook, Instagram & Google ads is not the greatest. The design/UI is little old-fashioned.

Not only do you just use MailChimp to do your e-mailing, but also has many extra tools like, creating Landing pages, Postcards, Signup forms, Google remarketing ads and Facebook ads. Also so much more!
Well, for getting your business name out there, and getting people to recognize you, I can't say anything bad or negative about this great service!

Over all we are very happy with MC, we've been customers since 2010 and grew our list from a couple of hundred to 25,000+. We tried other services and the delivery rate drastically dropped to a 1/2 or more of what we would get with MC. The bottom line is that we want our emails delivered to our audience, so we came back and decided to stay.
I really like the flexibility of the lists and the price points that go along with it. We add and clean subscribers every month so our numbers go up and down constantly. MC charges only for the amount of subscribers that you have (for the subscription plan).
Customizing autoresponders can be a challenge and I found the new features of ads through google a bit disappointing since they cannot use graphics, only text.

It was helpful to reach many customers for the ads and send over ads with no hassle, much better option for ads than cold calling.
The emails do not find the real target audience well enough.

Overall, for small companies like us mailchimp is good option and it makes you feel like real designer.
Mailchimp offers integrated solutions (e-mail, landing page, postcard, membership form, google remarketing ads, facebook and instagram ads entegre) that enable them to conduct highly comprehensive digital marketing activities via e-mail. In this process, while creating successful campaigns with A / B tests, new solutions can be produced according to different needs with API support.
It is bad that you can get phone call for support and Social Pro features does not include in free trial

Mailchimp is an excellent software to use for businesses. I used Mailchimp to send out marketing and fundraising ads to our donors as well directed traffic to our site by running google adwords.
It takes a little effort in navigating the pages, but once you have the designs laid out it is simple to use.

I prefer Constant Contact over Mailchimp. Mailchimp seems clunky and doesn't have a very appealing UI.
I like that you can create templates to easily drag and drop emails and use a variety of fields to insert. Makes it user friendly. The options to connect with Google Ads for other marketing is very useful as well.
The pricing and audience limits can be bothersome. You have to pay to add more contacts and trying to search for specific contacts can be somewhat difficult. Some contacts don't even show up unless you type certain letters from their email address.

Very complete marketing platform. They used to be just for newsletters but now offer: Landing Pages, Postcards, Google Re-marketing Ads, Facebook ads and are adding new features on frequent basis. They even offer a basic CRM now :-) Ridiculous amount of integrations. Basically, Mailchimp integrates with nearly every major CRM and marketing platform on the internet and if they don't have a direct integration it is highly likely there is a zapier integration.
Can be a little bit overwhelming when you are new to Email Marketing. There are an incredible amount of features and the user interface is pretty simple but I'd like to see a getting started interface with just the basics and no distractions of all the other features.

The integrations with tools like Facebook ads is really cool so you can serve ads in along side email sends, but there are just some quirks that might not work for everyone.
There is no shortage of email provider options and, while mailchimp is worth consideration, it isn't the only game in town.

I like how easy mailchimp makes sending out email marketing ads.
Although most features within Mailchimp are easy to use. I did still find some more in depth features to be a bit more cumbersome.

I love to use the product to send email ADs and its easy to use
It was easy to sign up. Also free and easy to setup and import my contacts to the mail chimp platform
There is not much wrong with the mail chimp platform. There are a limited amount of contacts /imports . But it works pretty well.

I really enjoy it so far, It's nice to for quick ads or postcards to go out
I love the fact that you are able to use all mail streams to market. It allows you to reach a much broader demographic when you can create an Ad, postcard, email, & even a landing page for your business.
I don't really have any cons other than it was a bit difficult for me to transfer my contacts from my iclould account. It was doable in the end but took a few extra steps

Its overall great , for small business, Startups and I can see where really big business can benefit from it.
Free... They give you a preset limit free. User templates are easily created ads
It takes a bit of time to learn. Once you make a campaign , I wish i can just have a place to resend campaign to other people. You have to go through whole process again.

- Various options to use the 'Mailchimp' brain to automate your marketing - At a basic level, very easy to create and send emails to your subscribers. - Also, retarget with ads, recover abandoned carts, find a new audience with ads
- The templates could be better and also the backend such as storing files, past campings, etc could be easier to use.

Simple and easy to use, lacking a few critical functions, but overall a great solution to targeted ads.
I love how simple mailchimp is to use. Its a great way to automate any email functions you might have. From importing database lists of customers, to automating entire email campaigns, mailchimp is my number one go to.
It can be tedious to create campaigns, even if they're based on old ones. I would love to be able to copy and paste the structure of one campaign into the structure of another. My only complaint thus far.

I started email marketing using Mailchimp. Even though I tried a couple of other software, nothing came close to Mailchimp when it comes to branding and user experience.
Very well designed email marketing and automation software. Targeted ads, content studio, smart recommendations.
If A/B testing is included in the Standard Plan, being the leader of Email Marketing, it will really empower individuals and businesses to test out emails and make it more effective.
