Mailchimp is great for new small business owners or start ups. It is user-friendly and very easy to set up. Also budget friendly
As a business grows, business owners might find Mailchimp too simple to handle some more segmentations and customer management.

Easy to use, great suggested template options and easy GDPR implementation.
This is a great platform for a small business but does not offer some of the advanced automation and profiling of competitors once your business grows.

I have people that have been on my list for 8 years that still open them. So between content & delivery, must be something special!
You can start using for free. It's easy to import new subscribers, great form for sign ups, easy unsubscribe (very important). Very flexible and I love the reporting with all the data at a glance. The chimp makes me smile. The templates are great. If you're a coder you have total control too.
I would like more free themes for business.

Makes marketing fun, easy, and quick for a busy business owner.
I started using MailChimp to get more business for my grooming salon. It is so simple to set up and I love that it didn't take me a lot of time since I already have a busy schedule. Since starting to use it's services I have been booked up consistently for weeks now!
Nothing yet, everything has worked perfectly for my business.

It’s a great tool to start with email marketing and marketing automation
It’s an easy to use software with great reports and good delivery rate. The drag and drop template builder it’s great and all the futures in general. One of the things I like most it’s that a lot of platforms has an integration with mailchimp, for example WordPress
The prices could be to high for a small business

I’ve used Mailchimp for years now and have been overall very pleased with its features. I love that you can insert embedded links to websites. There seem to be adequate formatting options. However, I do think this software could be made a little more user friendly. It takes a while to get used to because some of its features take a while to locate and figure out. Overall, though, it’s great, and I would recommend!
It’s complicated for an average “non-business” user to operate.

If you are a small business owner, an email marketing solution is one of the first tools you need to use in your e-commerce section. If you look on Google, you will find Mailchimp and others fighting for first place on the search. I tried all of them when I started on this, and Mailchimp was the only one for me that delivered a great set of tools for free on their first tier. This pricing model allows small businesses like yours to start without having to invest more money to begin operating. Then, after your business grows, Mailchimp stays with you, and their subscription tiers are affordable. So, if you are starting on email marketing and you have a small business, give Mailchimp a try, you won't regret it.
Mailchimp was my first approximation to a customer relationship management tool and, after many years, still is my usual selection and advice to other small businesses. It is an easy-to-use platform with a great development team who cares about its clients. In recent years the tool has evolved and added new features, all great additions.
Right now, nothing about Mailchimp is bad for my small business.

My overall experience with mailchimp has been positive.
What I like most about mail chimp is how it has tremendously helped with my social media ads and email marketing. Makes my life 10x easier!
Some say it adds to spamming but usually non business owners who don’t understand the importance of keeping your business at the forefront of the battleground. I feel that you must have a constant presence in front of your consumers and I feel that mailchimp has help my business succeed by doing just this.

My experience is typically as a recipient of marketing skills and advertisements from Companies which utilized MailChimp. The advertisements are pleasurable to view and participate in.
Mailchimp is an E-commerce, Marketing Company that Integrates Social Media & Surveys. Mostly, I have interacted as one participating in surveys for various companies asking my opinions as a consumer about their products such as Best Buy or Starbucks. The flow and ease of use of surveys was highly efficient, flowing, and easy.
Surveys with Mailchimp are often time consuming. In my research of how Mailchimp integrates marketing, e-commerce, sales and email the company provides adequate support to those business owners who choose Mail Chimp to assist in the betterment and to help improve business interactions between fellow employees, and consumers; the integration of these business tools seems to be effective.

I have used Mailchimp for a national organization of 400 members to send out monthly newsletters, advertise a national conference, and send out surveys.
Easy to use Easy to do basics but plenty of advanced options too Easy to track email blasts and their success rates Ability to automize SO many features (although some are paid but the basics are free) Great support
Not much actually. Advanced features are not free but that is how business works.

Overall Mailchimp was a great tool and was perfect for my small business clients.
Mailchimp offers integration to most tools and has the best free plan that includes all the needed features for a small business.
As your business continues to grow the pricing on Mailchimp will get drastically higher.

I use the free version and it has serving me greatly as I own a small business. But I as soon as I grow I will definitely purchase the paid version. I am grateful indeed for Mailchimp.
Mailchimp has helping me a lot in building a great connection with my clients, which has also improved my sales. I love that is so easy to use because I am not an IT expert, in fact I find very hard all this internet world, but Mailchimp has helping me in keep my business up and running and also expanding.
So far I have no complains. It has serving me and my business very well.
