My over all experience has been good, asides from the fact that I contact support ahead of time so they can respond when i need them, every other thing seems fine for me.

Pros

I like the fact that you can start for free if you are on a budget and it is very affordable compared to other email marketing software

Cons

What I dislike the most is that you don't easily get support when you need it, you will have to wait for hours before they respond to your email. I wish they can improve on this.

Mailchimp: Email Marketing Made Awesome

Since our email marketing efforts, we use Mailchimp, which proved invaluable. From analytics provided by the robust platform through to the mobile UI, we’ve leveraged the platform to build and implement compelling tactics. For the advantage of simplicity, we used Mailchimp for the amount of features it offers and its scalability. Delivery rates here were good, and the platform had a good reputation for reliable delivery and also good customer support. In terms of the integrated marketing tools and automation capabilities, it all fit perfectly into what we required.

Pros

Its convenient drag and drop email builder and full analytics dashboard make it stand out. Through the behavioral targeting capabilities and advanced segmentation options, you enjoy unmatched control over campaign personalization.

Cons

Better duplicate handling is needed in the contact management system. More complex flag branching would be great for the automation builder.
