Overall experience with Mailchimp is excellent. It provides all the features that requires to grow a business.
Mailchimp is a fully-featured CRM to grow you business. Its customizable features make it better than other paltforms. It gives you overall access to customize your templates for Marketing Campaigns, surveys and many more things.
All features and overall performance of Mailchimp is good but its high price demotivates people to purchasing it with full features. Its price is higher than other CRM softwares thay makes it unpopular to its customers.

Good experience overall. Generally unimpressed with customer service, especially as we were setting up our API with our Salesforce CRM. Lots of “it’s not our issue”. Wish there was better support sometimes, but I appreciate they have steps to get ahold of someone.
It’s simple and straightforward to get running with solid marketing campaigns. And you don’t have to worry about email deliverability or any issues.
I dislike the lack of customization options in their drag and drop email builder. Sometimes their product feels too simplified.
