I wanted to quit Aweber, so I tried several autoresponders, Mailerlite is for me the winner.
The unique subscribers list with segments, the split tests capabilities, the video tutorials, the very quick and helpful support by chat, the stats and much more...
The price is a little too high for large lists of leads in a niche market
We do enjoy being called a winner ;). Thanks a lot for the very kind words Piet.

I've spent extra hours trying to find work arounds on my personal web site just so I can use Mailerlite instead of Mailchimp.
Way less confusing than Mailchimp or AWeber. Visual representation of automations is super helpful. Easy to use and set up.
Wish there was easier integration between Automations and campaigns
We love your commitment to us, Paul. Thank you for this. We appreciate you.

Super easy to use and flexible too - all the good stuff from the big names like AWeber and Mailchimp, but at a fraction of the cost and customer support that's second to none.
The only function missing (or that I haven't found yet) is the ability to send a campaign at the optimum time for the subscriber's location.
We appreciate your feedback about sending out campaign. Have a great day, Dan.

Probably one of the best customer support experiences I've had with any company — especially after the nightmare of Aweber and Sendinblue where there was no willingness to work on any issues with contacts.
One of the toughest, most sensitive aspects of joining a new email marketing company is how well your email list will be tolerated by their tight standards. AWeber will literally slam the door shut on your account (after hours of building templates, forms, etc.) without telling you why if your list isn't up to snuff; Sendinblue won't work with you if there's a problem. But Mailerlite has a fabulous...
For our purposes, there is nothing lacking. For the price point and what you get, there simply is no competitor that touches Mailerlite.
We love everything about this review. Thanks a lot, Mark! We would love to have a chat and see if we can use it as a testimonial. Just reply and we will be in touch.

We used Mailerlite to send our newsletter and offers to our readers we have mixed feelings on Mailerlite because of that big tech issue we noted above In terms of competitors Mailchimp and Convertkit are excellent alternatives and we have had overall great expeirences with both platforms Aweber and Campaigner are terrible and we recommend avoiding them at all costs
This is an awesome ESP at an incredibly low price with tons of features built in (like mailchimp but more at a fraction of the cost), with excellent support
The only issue I had was deliverability was very low and since that is the key purpose of an ESP i had to lower my ratings - it could be was one time issue but it lasted many days (weeks?) with us and i have to note that in this review in case this happens more often - if it had higher deliverability it would be a ten out of ten
Hello Jacob, Thank you for your review! Sorry to hear you experienced deliverability issues. If that happens again, make sure to contact us via live chat or email info@mailerlite.com Each deliverability issue can be very different so it needs to be investigated individually.

I was told by two different reps that if I would sign up with Mailer Lite they would transfer my files from aWeber. I did that. But they've never followed through and have never responded to my queries again. VERY disappointed with this way of doing business. They must have needed a certain number of customers to launch or something ... really didn't care about my business after all.
no idea, never able to access

I have tried Aweber, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, and a few others along the way - but none have compared to Mailerlite. Their interface is SO EASY to use. Their systems are simple and responsive. It feels like they took great care in ensuring that people of all levels of competency could use their program. Their customer service is the best I have ever experienced. Someone is available to chat pretty much instantly, no matter what level of membership you have. It's truly an incredible service.
Easy to use Customer Service

I found Mailerlite when googling alternatives for e-mail marketing. Wanted software less expensive than Mailchimp and Aweber, but something personalized, good quality, fast API and easy to use functions & features. That's how I discovered Mailerlite. The menu and all features are easy-to-navigate, the design - very cool, all technical stuff is beyond my mind. I appreciate the support and individual features they agreed to install fo me. To sum up, you always can try it for free, just in several clicks from their web. Thank you.

Overall: Impressed. Many years ago I left AWeber because of their new user interface, which I didn't like. For many years I used self-hosted autoresponders, but the last one I had caused so many problems, so I had enough. I already had a MailerLite account that I didn't use, so I decided to try it out and was blown away. Extremely good service and almost all the features I wanted from an autoresponder, like segmenting, tagging (this is groups in ML), sending again to people who didn't open or click, easiness of use, and super-friendly, fast, and clever support.
MailerLite has almost everything I wanted in an autoresponder. And I've suggested the few things that are missing. Several has already been implemented, and one is on its way soon. I love how the people behind MailerLite listen to their customers. And how fast and clever their support is. It's impressive.
The things I like the least is the lacking ability to change an email address for a subscriber. But they are implementing this feature. And then I would love it if you could add automation to a segment and not just a group. But there are workarounds, which I've used. I would also love a clean text-only option, but I'm probably one of the few who would use that and not either HTML or rich text.

So I have a small online business and I only use Mailerlite for managing my subscribers and sending them weekly emails to keep them engage and Mailerlite does its job exceptionally well at an affordable price.
It's a very simple, clean but professional email marketing service. I mostly use it to manage my newsletter subscribers but it also offers to create landing pages, blogs and popups. Yeah, it's advance but not hair pulling complex. it's perfect for small to medium-size businesses only, around 100k subscribers at most. why? TWO reasons. First, it's simple to use, quite reputed and has a lower price...
When you signup for Mailerlite's team takes 2-4 days to activate your account, so you can not use it instantly, you have to wait for their approval, I waited for 3 days :) and the website integration process is also strict.
Thank you for sharing your experience with us :)

I really like the freedom of unlimited emails and the plethora of integrations with other apps. AWeber has long been an industry leader and it shows.
For a small business owner with a small email list (under 1000) AWeber is overpriced. MailChimp and MailerLite offer virtually the same features, for free.

Email and list management was great for a time, but then was outweighed by the bad customer service.
I was introduced to this as the 'big guns' of email automation. And it's got a lot to recommend: double opt in, forms, ease of use and complete functionality.
Customer service is the BIG DRAWBACK. Perhaps if you're a big company, they treat you better. For me (a very small company) their customer service was lacking repeatedly. I would email or call and be told I'd get a response in 24 - 48 hours. A WEEK or more later, I'd hear back. At least one of these instances was an urgent next-day mailing. I got more apologies than help. And, after years of working with them, I left, option for MailerLite.
