Pros
Currently my company has prospered on a good track thanks to the good technology of Mailigen, and I hope it continues like this, providing me with those excellent benefits.
So far it has been a very good experience - it doesn't cost a lot, it's very easy to use, costumer support team is very responsive and helpful.
It's packed with lots of features like email and SMS marketing, you can run A/B split tests and email automation is one of the best aspects where Mailigen is a great innovator at.
Pros
Overall speaking, I will say it's with superb high "COST and PROFIT" value. Besides, customer service is kind to answer your questions with details.
The ease and flexibility of this web-based program are outstanding and I have made recommendations in the past that have since been implemented.
I love how easy it is to use and if I have any issues, customer service is always excellent.
Cons
It's a pity that it's not possible to stop the e-mails sending if I notice some mistake in tekst after sending.
There sometimes are errors with font formatting - it doesn't apply the changes with first time. Actually it happens so often that I am used to make most of font changes twice.
Drag and drop features are a bit slow on my computer (but maybe's from my pc performance).
Cons
However, they always get back to me quickly. Also, I'm desperate for list segmentation and have been asking for that feature for a while now.
Most of the emails end up in spam. So the response rate is very low.
My experience with EmailOctopus was a little frustrating trying to get things set up properly.
