The Marketing 360 team is super fast at resolving any issues you may have and are some of the most pleasant and courteous customer service professionals I have ever encountered.

The Representatives have been an absolute pleasure to be work with they have been thoughtful and very thorough and have absolutely exceeded my expectations.
Pros
What I love about the product is that it is easy for us who are new to accounting to use, but also robust enough that our treasure (CPA) is able to use it in more complex ways.
The webinars and support areas offered are always helpful as well. Lastly, I personally enjoy the humor of the Aplos team; and the occasional contests/prizes are fun, too.
Clearly designed for non-professionals like me - a volunteer doing a treasurer's job. Loved it from the first time I started playing with it during the free trial period.
Cons
It is nothing more scam. Totally useless and total waste of time and money.
I feel they can be pricey in the sense that every thing that they do you get charged for.
I put myself in a very bad spot using these guys.
Cons
Ongoing problems, month after month, in many areas. Then the response time to get problems resolved is unacceptable and you are stuck in their hands until it works in their schedule.
I lost data at least a couple of times trying to look up accounts while entering a Receipt because I wasn't warned that navigating away from the receipt would delete my entry.
Our biggest complaint has been in the area of reporting. It is difficult to get the report info needed for our accountants.
