Moosend is a brilliant tool for our business. Within my business it sends newsletters and regular automatic emails to all my custimers and leads. I also have many sub accounts for my customers using Moosend for automated emails triggered from websites and newsletters. It provides a huge value for my business

Pretty great experience overall. A young company that is offering a lot of really advanced email functionality for a very competitive price. Can't wait to see what happens in future.
The best thing about Moosend is the ability to easily create and customise your own templates and then set them up with automation triggers. This is the kind of thing that takes your email comms to the next level. The ability to set these up is also clear and easy.
The branding and interface are a little lacklustre, but I feel like that's easily fixed. They seem to be concentrating on the development of the platform while they're young. The UI doesn't feel as intuitive as some bigger ESPs just yet, but I feel like this is something they're probably working on.

The overall experience using Moosend has been pleasant really because it's such a capable tool.
The first thing you will notice about Moosend when you sign up is the almost overwhelming number of features that are available, and you can make use of almost all of these features for free on the free tier pricing plan. I am convinced that Moosend is definitely one of the most generous Email Marketing SAAS providers out there. You can send an unlimited amount of email every month to your lists,...
If the network isn't stable, the content editor can take a while to load at times. Apart from that, there's nothing else that I'd complain about.

Moosend has made emailing my clients super easy and fast.
I absolutely love Moosend! I am a new user, having come from a huge platform, to a medium platform, and when I found Moosend, it was a no brainer to move my list over. Their Customer Support is, hands down, the best I have seen on the market! Super fast tech support, new integrations and connections come daily. I would recommend this over and over to all my clients.
Missing a few integrations, but that is an easy work around with Zaps.

Helped us to be more productive in our email marketing campaigns
Saves me some operation costs with smart recipes (pre-set email automation). The campaign editor is also pretty intuitive and not over-whelming for custom automation creations. Another feature we like is the convenience of the landing page inclusion. Everything is handled by moosend automatically from page design to hosting. All we need to do is to send traffic.
Integrations with other popular Saas seem to be lacking but to be fair, they have webhooks and zapier.

As an all-in-one marketing tool, Moosend can be used in email marketing campaigns, landing pages, subscription forms, and even as a lead magnet through integration with your website to track visitors and events automatically.
The only thing I might dislike about Moosend is that they don't have a mobile app just yet.

It's much list others I've used, except the support is superior. Winner! I have come to learn that most tech that's offered out there is similar, and everything comes with glitches and a learning curve. But not every tool comes with customer service that is actually good. My experience with Moosend support has been positive every time. Thanks so much!!

It's only been a week but loving it so far and the customer service is next level. Incredibly helpful and knowledgable team (especially Nicholas) which makes a world of difference.
Moosend is pretty straightforward and there are loads of templates to choose from.
A few minor things like customising certain fonts (colours) on landing pages/forms.

Moosend has helped me implement email marketing and automation that, for one reason or another, I was unable to do completely with other tools. Their simple interface and helpful instructions made it very easy to setup, configure, and get running.
I'm technical but have failed to implement an email marketing system on my websites for many years. I've had several half-attempts and half-deployments. With Moosend, in a single day, I was able to get it deployed to Wordpress, integrate it with Convertful (forms), setup a form for my newsletter, configured an exit-intent popup, setup an onboarding sequence of email for new newsletter subscribers, and a drip campaign. On top of all that, pricing is excellent compared to the others I've seriously looked at.
More integrations needed. But they are super responsive and are actively listening to their customers. The CEO is great to work with. Super impressed with their engagement.

I switched to Moosend from other competitive products. What is changed is that my job is simplified and with some better functionalities. I am also impressed with how much interactive the support is, and how fast the service improves.
Use interface is very intuitive and makes the job simple and effective. Even with a very big number of emails, the service is very fast. Great insights also in the blogs. Started using workflows and they proved very useful. Also found what I needed in the analytics and reporting.
At the moment I cannot think of anything that does not work well for me with Moosend.

Deliverability and the level of customer support - are two critical features of the software for me. I like that it is not overly complicated - there is room for more features, but the ones you get are great!
I would like to see some templates outside of the e-commerce realm, but that is not critical for me - I can still design a layout that works for any purpose. I also like the canvas style of visual planning of campaigns and sometimes wish Moosend could head that way. On the other hand, the step-by-step setup that they currently have takes care of all the details and ensures that your emails are ready for prime time.

My favorite aspect of it is how it encourages client interaction after they leave your website. Cart abandonment and product referral emails are possible by automated AI.
Whatever you pay for, you get. I heard that some functions are missing, but in my opinion, it has everything that is needed.

It was easy to set up and use, easy to deploy and a very affordable option for anyone with a small list or in the building phase. The automation set up was intuitive and very easy to create.
We launched a new product line (pen name) and needed a value option to stay in contact and automate on boarding sequences for new readers. We used the free trial for Moosend (up to 500) and then the Pro subscription for unlimited emails. This worked great for our need at the time, because we weren't sure how fast it was going to scale.
The cost above 1000 email subs is the same as many others, so it won't offer much in the way of cost savings for larger lists.

Great value for the money.
Moosend is a prominent email automation tool for a great price. I like their easy-to-use user interface, attractive template library, and overall workflow. You'll love this tool if you're a small business owner or a mid-level email marketer. They have significantly improved since their initial launch, and I appreciate their effort and commitment to their users.
They have a 30-day trial, which is suitable for checking out their features. But no free plan, so if you're just getting started or have a very limited number of subscribers, you can use free alternatives.

Thank you for your feedback. For the moment Moosend supports all Cannabis related businesses, and we do have more than 100 customers that rely on us to send their messages. However, when our compliance department detects that a sender caused issues in the past, or previous actions (like a high bounce rate/ high complaints rate, etc) can harm the reputation of our infrastructure, they reject that account.

I love moosend! Trying to grow a business is difficult to do, but moosend takes a big chunk of that worry away.
You can't beat the price, especially for what you get. The userface is pretty user friendly and for the issues that I couldn't figure out, support responds quickly and is helpful. Love Moosend!
The building feature could be a bit more user friendly. Love the drag and drop! But editing them wasn't super intuitive. I tried deleting a custom value but couldn't find the delete button. Again, what I couldn't figure out, support did.

Today I was helped by a customer service representative unlike any that have ever existed before. I was dutifully listened to, walked through various processes, and troubleshooted out of my frustration cloud.
The software is great, yes. To the person who made it, excellent work. I love everything it is enabling me to do. But this review goes out to customer service for helping answer my nit-picky clarifying questions that were not clear or specific enough to find answered in the articles and tutorials.
Up until today it was the fact that I could not get any help to answer questions about what could be going on behind the scenes even though I was following all the provided directions to the best of my understanding. No phone number in sight, last representative reached out finally by email after 18 hours asking what was it they could help me with (as I read my embedded question from the chat box directly below their response.) It was not looking good for me to resolve these seemingly invisible issues... until [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN].
