New/Mode is greatly attentive to their customers' needs, and is always open to working with them to find the solutions that they need, or add the features that they request. It's been an extremely enjoyable partnership.
New/Mode provides a wide variety of tools to help engage supporters in taking actions that will make a real policy difference. Whether it's emailing, calling, tweeting, writing letters to the editor, or many of the newer features with social media integration, these tools help provide many different channels to help reach supporters where they are at, and to also increase their participation in future actions. From a user perspective, taking online actions has never been easier. From an administrator perspective, setting up actions is intuitive and quick.
While I respect the need to continue innovation and stay ahead of the market, I would like more emphasis to be paid on core functionalities, as we've continued to have some CRM sync issues or Google analytics problems.

Overall it was really great. We sent thousands more letters than we would have if people had to type them on their own.
We are so grateful for the results achieved. We've been in the news over 50 Times, gained support from many Members of Parliament, and had our group members personal immigration cases investigated because they sent letters. We have the support from multiple political parties now and hope that positive change happens when the House of Commons tables our petition. Thank you for everything you've done.
The twitter function wasn't quite what we expected. We thought it would auto-tweet or create accounts to tweet things in support. We now know what it takes to get trending on twitter now though so the prior assumed feature wouldn't work the way we needed anyways. And pre-written tweets don't end up trending either. It was a pain to remind people to tweet with the function, so we just taught them how to tweet normally. Also, it took a lot of work to dissect the emails and sort through them. I also expected the software to have a "contact" feature for our supporters to send them updates. If you can find a way to implement that, and keep those who "opted in" to be contacted in one area that would be more helpful than getting my gmail account deactivated for spam.
Thank you for the kind words! We were really excited to be part of your very important campaign. Andrew talks about you and your group all the time because there's nothing more important than reuniting families in this uncertain time.

How easy it was for our activists to take action on their Letter to the Editor tool. Also, we were surprised by how many were published.
I am not a tech person so anything tech I do not automatically love. I found New/Mode to be pretty easy to embed. I would like New/Mode to offer an email CRM.
Thank you so much, William! We're glad to hear you share our values and mission. We'll be sure to pass along your recommendation to our development team.
