Pros

Still in the learning faze but so far it's been pretty good. Having someone to call who is knowledgeable has been great and [sensitive content hidden] has been very patient with us as the end user.
Excellent company with good and very fast working people. Very good value for these money.
I have only been using the software for a few weeks and was able to create excellent presentations for our conference. I am excited to explore the software more and maximize its potential.

Pros

I love the software, better than most softwares I've tried, the people are always available to help, and their consistent help is appreciated. Makes my business more easier.
Telemetry TV is stable and easy to use with Android OS and has great looking templates. We recommend this to our customers to use with our digital signage hardware.
The easy setup, the high quality of output and the ease of use at a fair price convinced us of the product.

Cons

It's difficult to think of a negative for this product. I truly don't have a con to list.
Also the lack of font makes me design most items outside of the the in house program and just uploading videos and still images.
It´s limited about the functionality of some tools, as example modifing the shapes or designs, and that it does not have an undo function.

Cons

I've lost count of the times where I submitted a feature request and subsequently found the feature in production a few short weeks later.
Our company has a mish mash system of digital signage that has historically been unrealiable and difficult to manage.
The only thing I can complain about is time widget is only in military time.
