We were pleasantly surprised with the level of support we received and still get from Optinize. This is a very powerful system. We are still learning how to best use all the utility, but with what we are already using it's making a noticeable difference to our bottom-line already.
Very powerful and easy to use.
Data processing takes time, but then again it is a dynamic database.
