What drove me to this software was its cross platform capabilities. Additionally, the cost of this software per screen is very reasonable for the industry when compared to other solutions. I love the functionality of the software, especially the ability to link to (in real time) any Google Doc and have displayed on a screen. Need to update something, just open the Google Doc and update and it will automatically show on the screen. I am really loving this software and so does my co-workers. It has and will continue to make our lives easier in a ever changing complex environment like ours at the hospital.

I honestly don't have any complaints about the software. I am a avid administrator of MagicInfo and I can say this, that OptiSigns has really outdid themselves, this software rivals even the best of suites at a fraction of the cost.

No podemos utilizar la app de Facebook. En la presentación de Optisigns no se respetan los puntos y aparte. Presenta todo el mensaje como un solo párrafo y esto resta calidad a los mensajes, es un aspecto que debe mejorar Optisigns. También deberían de mejorar la presentación del calendario y permitir una opción en castellano. No he encontrado como poner la opción en español (23 – marzo – 2021).

OptiSigns is incredibly simple to set up. I appreciate the wide variety of supported devices and operating systems. On the client side, the interface and experience is consistent across all supported players. The remote control function for Raspberry Pi devices is an excellent additional feature to have. Team and permissions management is native to the OptiSigns platform.

Genuinely enjoy using this product. I have no complaints or feature suggestions at this time.

The software is extremely easy to use and intuitive. It only took a few minutes to set up on each of our Amazon Fire TVs. It supports multiple media formats and displays them seamlessly. The customization available for playlists is fantastic. The best feature is auto-launch, which allows us to display our presentations on our screens without having to do anything besides turn on the TVs.

While the live-update feature is convenient, it might be useful to have an on/off option for this feature so if a playlist is updated while the presentation is playing during business hours, it is not interrupted. The software user interface is clean and simple, but could be more attractive.

It's versatility and how you can use it on almost any platform! I love how easy it is to use too!

I ran into a few problems but it was my error, the media was to big and long. Once I figured it out and converted it to fit correctly. It was beautiful!

Easy for users that are new to digital signage. Has all the basic elements you might need but lacks for advanced features. If you require prompt customer support for your project, you will not find it here.

no online support. very basic, small set of modules that are not customizable. No cancellation option, had to go through web form and email that took several days.

We started using OptiSigns for communication throughout our company for our holiday party last year and we love it! It was so nice to be able to put information on the screen and not have to print posters or talk to everyone individually. Especially during Covid, it's been great to relay information through the screens. There are a zillion templates or you can create your own. You can even add video and sound. The playlists are easy to create and control. We looked at a couple products and OptiSigns was the most user friendly and fit inside our budget!

The only thing that I could criticize would be the aligning features. I haven't found a good way to get everything to snap into alignment with other things. There's no grid feature to help keep things in place.

I have used many display software for many years, and by chance I discovered OptiSign which exceeds most of them ... I particularly appreciate the number of applications and the ultra-comprehensive functions. I am inexperienced with this software because I am in a trial period, but I have a great habit of using display software and I must say that I am quite impressed with all these possibilities.

I haven't yet discovered any downside, nor have I been able to look at all of them yet, but I haven't seen a single malfunction

I don't have to setup too much stuff now. It's all about pushing content and make it happen. That's is just perfect. There's some integration that I'm sure I'll use.

We can sense how it's based on technicality. For example, it's nearly impossible for most of my marketing staff to understand the pourcentage to create zones. The naming (assets), the flow ... is fundamentaly a UI on top of code. So that mean, I can't transfert this task to someone else without a training. And this, mean that the digital sign will not be updated as frequently.

Accepts multiple file types, compatible with cheap media devices (Kindle Fire) for ease of setup, custom slide timers, VIDEO COMPATIBILITY, easy drag-and-drop features, pleasant and simple aesthetic, user functionality, web-based interface (no additional software needed), affordable price for smaller organizations.

Cloud storage could be a little bigger, 1GB is not a lot especially when using videos.

It's ease of use, it's ability to integrate with other products, and its easy to use web interface.

I can't point to anything in particular. Everything has worked exactly as we want it to.

OptiSigns is easy to use, implement, and maintain. Developing, managing, scheduling, and publishing content is uncomplicated, as is configuring integrations and advanced features. Hardware support is relatively vast.

The content designer can be annoying at times. Sometimes, the undo button will undo multiple prior actions, and grouping elements can alter element attributes, such as drop shadows, font size, etc. Also, on (I believe rare) occasions, identical content, playlists, or zoned layouts can be displayed differently on different hardware.

I love the fact the assets are stored locally, this makes all my videos play fluidly, without hiccups in between assets which as a problem with all the other solutions I had tried.

The scheduling is not super straight forward, but once you get to understand it it works great. I've seen worst.

Ease of Use. Very intuitive. No need to extensive training. Great customer service and support.

So far, nothing. It has a great and simple to use interface. I would recommend to every business trying to sell time with broadcasting.

I have only briefly been using this software, Though its not a revolutionary change from what i have previously used it is certainly simpler and more flexible in what you can do. The app store is great and so far everything looks great on the screens which is an issue i have had previously with my current softwre

So far there is nothing I don't like yet.

Simple manage digital uploads over multiple screens. The application offers various digital extension uploads for display across multiple digital screens. Capability to manage each individual display via a central hub; permitting users to control upload and display content from none local source. And offers excellent customer support with regards to technical concerns. Issues requiring attention are immediately addressed by chat or phone less 24 hours or reporting. Also, love the time/scheduling feature; allows the user to schedule signage display time/date/source of content, permitting the user to set automation into effect. Finally, enjoyed the built-in capability to design and edit images/videos for upload permitting user creativity.

Price per display I believe could (should) be lowered. Though as a first-time user, you're permitted access to the features, free of no charge for the first 7 days access. This can be a hassle for business owners lacking funds to budget this expense but would like to implement a digital touch to his/her business. Also, not too pleased that the displays relay heavily on internet access. For someone running a business from a mobile setting, this can be costly. The individual would have to invest in additional services such as a mobile hot-spot in order to take advantage of such a useful tool.

A few learning hurdles with text boxes in the New Design options but I think time, more experience and accessing a few more tutorials will smooth out any wrinkles.

It was very reasonably priced and simple to use.

After researching several content management softwares, OptiSigns was the one myself and my organization settled on for the ease of use, price, and functionality. I am not technology expert myself but I was able to connect OptiSigns to our digital displays within moments and push content out soon after. I was surprised by the available templates and the ease of use of importing my own content.

I wish it was more upfront about the limitations of some platforms. For example, we have two Roku TVs that cannot use all the applications due to the restrictions set by Roku. This is easily resolved by purchasing a Fire Stick but wish that would have been more clear. It doesn't impact my use of this platform though. It would be great if it connected with Canva to easily import material directly from there but again, this is minor in my eyes and easy to work around.
