OptiSigns is very friendly and easy to use. I could set it up by myself and started using at the same day. It’s also great to have the possibility to update my playlist remotely and instantaniouslly.

I had a bit of difficult setting up multiple screens, but after reading some troubleshooting tips they are working very well.

The user interface is very intuitive. It was not hard to setup, to get linked to Amazon Fire Stick and have my monitor displaying content in minutes. The ability to schedule playlists for different time periods means no one has to touch anything, just make sure the monitor is on. I love it!

It would be nice to be able to stream from a subscribed music player account. SO background music could also run (in our lobby) with no ads. Also when a specific Optisigns API is added to a playlist, the transition during playback is not as smooth as I would like. It "jumps" when it goes to the app as opposed as a smooth transition as is between static slides.

Ease of use, hardware platform independence, broad but intuitive feature set and very well reasonably priced.

No real cons honestly, one could always wish for more apps/app-integrations, but it seems like they are continually adding more, so can barely complain about that.

One of the things I've been looking for in a digital signage software is something that is easy to deploy and puts content creation at the top of the functionality. I found both with OptiSigns. It was as easy as setting up an Amazon Fire Stick and then we were off to the races. Creating content is a breeze because they have a bunch of beautiful and professional templates to build off of. Very happy with this product.

My only issue with it and this is more of an issue with Amazon Fire Stick is that you have to have an individual remote for every stick and can't use the same remote on all of the devices.

It has a really great user interface and is easy to set up. Comparing to another product we have used for years, it has the same functionality and is just as good if not better, but is cheaper. Certainly recommend.

The intuitiveness and design of the backend is not as good as other competitors but if certainly not lacking in functionality.

This product is pretty easy to use! This is the first time I'm using digital signage and I understood this perfectly. It is also cheaper than anything I really saw out there! The hardware is a easy setup and cost efficient as well!

I think that it is a little bit dates. When I was looking through other sites there digital signage was so easy to use because it was up to date and anyone could use it! This one is very easy it just seems like it needs an update.

Managing multiple screens from across the country has been the best part about OptiSigns. I can verify that the monitor is running and that it has the content displayed that I need.

Some of the Social Media integrations could be better. The overall offerings are limited.

Our patients notice the Optisigns content and ask questions about what is offered which leads to increased sales for us!

It took a little bit to play with the software because there are SO many options. Ultimately this is a good thing, but there was so much to view at first that it took some time for me to get it *just right*

It is the most useful software to display content on TV. I recommend this product to all of the persons in health care or senior care as it is fun for them.

Yes please include canadian news channel like CP24 or CBC.

Optisigns is extremely easy to install and simple to manage. It does exactly what I need it to do, which is play ads and video content reliably for 16 hours a day.

I have yet to discover any dislikes with Optisigns

OptiSigns basically offers all feature we need for our info screen in the club house, e.g. cloud management, playlists, schedules, Office 365 integration, and many more at a reasonable pricing. What I currently like the most is the ability to created nested playlists. That's an huge advantage when it comes to organizing the different playlists and content types. The online designer is a very nice feature for quickly creating new content.

Although there are some minor, non-critical bugs the service is pretty easy to use. What I'm missing a bit is a picture gallery app which automatically arranges and shuffles a set of pictures (e.g. on OneDrive, Google Drive).

Ease to understand and implement for our requirements. It will continue to run independent of the server so a full time connection is not mandatory.

Support for the RTSP protocol would be outstanding. RTSP is the most used streaming protocol, so instant update to digital sign would be possible. Live feed to screen is the optimum signage.

I was looking for an easy to use digital signage application that integrated with my Amazon Fire TV in my fitness studio. I came across OptiSigns and it provides exactly what I'm looking for at a fraction of the cost of similar offerings.

Honestly, there isn't anything I find wrong with the software or layout. If I had to nit pick anything, it would be the heavy use of "Open in new tab" that is coded into the website when I'd prefer to just open in the same window. That's a minor inconvenience and honestly not really a "con".

Is awesome that you have AI Tools, and Analytic, Data, etc.! this make like all in one management, and is a great added value for marketers and advertisers to measure the impacts and to display different ads for specific targets and audiences. This gives you te best advantage.

Images do not adjust to full size screen some times.The iFrame doesn't work properly (I try with postermywall), I think that is something vital. It would be great to have more apps for sports, like games calendar, scores, etc. YouTube videos can not mute? sound is something not clear for me.

I have used remote-managed digital signage in our multiple locations for years, but only realized what I was missing after I began to implement OptiSigns across our organization. I can finally now delegate updates and campaigns to staff with confidence due to the easy to use interface and powerful designer.

Was excited to see that our Roku-onboard TVs would support Optisigns, but bummed when I found out 75% of our content wasn't compatible. So we moved to fire sticks.

Love the variety of apps available to customize slides and then create a schedule. We have screens up across multiple locations so the fact that it runs on FireTV makes it very easy to update screens from our office without travel to each screen.

The ability to chose a time range on FB posts would be nice, our screen is currently rolling through some pretty old content.

Hi Zach, thank you for your kind review. Regard FB post time range, yes it is supported, in your FB asset, just click Advanced, you can select last XX days or last XX posts.

The way this software connects easily to display devices is one of my favorite features. I also feel the display layouts are aesthtically pleasing and clearly define the actions I need.

I am hopeful in time the software will simplify the information entry options. I feel I have sampled other platforms with more streamlined and user friendly ways to design.

Remote access was a critical feature we needed when searching for a digital signage product. I am a remote team member so having remote access to manage the screens was key. OptiSigns has made this process very easy. I was able to jump right in and begin adding material, make changes, and see the updates in real time. It has also allowed other team members who are in the office to view and suggest changes. Prior to finding OptiSigns implementing this process was painfully slow.

I am only a few days into trying out the product. At this time, all the features have been easy to use. There have even been extras, like the apps for weather and sports that were a nice surprise to have at our fingertips!

The OptiSigns online app is easy to use. The website is simple and intuitive for most users. You don't need too much prior knowledge about digital signage to operate. Updating our signs is quick and easy.

Initially trying to find the hardware that was necessary for our operations was confusing but with guidance from OptiSigns' customer service, we were able to settle everything!

Very clean user interface. The setup was fairly easy with cool features included to ramp up our digital signage.

Some of the built-in features that pull live data (IG Instagram) are a little laggy and skip sometimes - but I probably only notice because I'm staring at them constantly!

The ease of use has to be the best thing about this software. Within minutes of opening my account and syncing my FireStick, I was up and scheduling content.

I havent seen a con yet. The software is very responsive and looks great on our screens.

The intergration of PowerBI was a must for this digital signage project. In combination with the Firestick 4k did the PowerBI reports load in a matter of seconds. It was tested against the Firestick Lite but that hardware couldn't load the reports within 10 seconds. Overall great apps and customizability!

It isn't possible to accept cookies inside of the website app. To solve this we needed to use Iframes in the embedded app, this took quite some work.
