Pardot is easy to use but expensive

I enjoyed the product but went with InfusionSoft which cost about 1/3 the price of Pardot

Pros

Ease of use. I was able to maintain multiple campaigns

Cons

The cost is ridiculous given what is available from competition

Infusion Soft

Overall a good service/product but Pardot seems to work better.

Pros

This product is beneficial for email marketing because the deliver ability is fairly solid, along with the customer service when we had a question about something functionally.

Cons

The one problem we had with infusion soft is that you cannot purchase lists and send them out. We must opt in the lists prior to sending them.

Not a bad product but could be soooo much better

Pros

Its about 1/3 the cost of Pardot. Its fairly easy to use once you understand its lingo.

Cons

Many design flaws. Poor reporting. Difficult to get data out of it.

Great email tool with some automation

Thus far I'm impressed and looking forward to seeing if there are any long term results.

Pros

The cost is great compared to some of the larger email providers (hubspot, pardot, marketo, salesfusion, etc) and how intuitive it is for creating automation.

Cons

the reporting features don't seem to be as great as others, but they seem to get the job done.

Affordable Solution for Marketing Management

Pros

We have compared it against Hubspot and Pardot and the pricing is significantly lower.

Cons

At the end of our trial period we did go with Hubspot, which offers more features - but is significantly more expensive. Sometimes I second guess myself, and think that InfusionSoft could've worked well for us and been more affordable for our business.
