Pros

The functionality of Pardot and the analytics are awesome. This software is a great way to successfully streamline marketing efforts to your customers.
Custom redirects are also one of the best features that Pardot has because you can utilize them on all SoMe platforms for prospect tracking and provide more quality on certain links on your website.
Overall, it is a very good product. Certainly worth the investment if you are can invest the time and resources to improve your marketing efforts.

Pros

The planning and financial organization helps the sales rise, helps keep good records of clients in line. Very user friendly if you know your computer well.
Everyone involved was impressed by the organization of the training and effectiveness of it. They offered us the ability to call anytime if we have any issues.
I like this software because it is affordable and and adds a lot of value to my money which is why I love it.

Cons

I had advised the salesperson of my challenges and concerns with implementing myself which he downplayed and disregarded. It was a complete waste of time and resources for our organization.
After determining that the product simply doesn't work we are transitioning to their competitors. Pardot is still forcing us to pay licensing fees even though their product failed to function.
The emails send directly to our customers junk mail. So tough to change and their customer service is HORRENDOUS.

Cons

Customer service has suffered due to the dropped messages, limited user interface and time consuming ticket entry. Users and employees alike avoid the system.
Having trouble with acrobat pdfs and converting them in excel or words documents. Secondly trouble creating email groups and then editing email groups.
Getting error some time so it's take some time to remove the error.

I used Pardot to create some email templates and drip campaigns. It was pretty straightforward and had great ways to customize the templates to make them more dynamics.

Pros

Lots of good features. Seamless integration with Salesforce.

Cons

Some features took more experience to fully leverage. Sometimes it required several clicks to locate work previously completed or drafts.

Good for contact and account management and social customer service. Also, good for sales forecasting. It also has a more flexible implementation than Salesforce since it's a fully cloud-based CRM.

Cons

Salesforce has upper hand in app exchange with more than 2600 apps, where as Microsoft Dynamics pales in comparison.

It's a good central system for our sales, operations, and finance departments instead of having our information in multiple different systems.

Cons

On the sales side the reporting tools, marketing automation tools fall behind what salesforce can do.

I like how it has an Outlook like interface that many users are already accustomed to; fits right into the platform like a glove for utilizing email.

Cons

Limited choice in the ecosystem of enhancements when compared to a SugarCRM or Salesforce, although the native Marketing automation is pretty good

Cons

It may be an overkill for a small-sized organization with less than 1000 customers to manage. All the capabilities mentioned in the Pros may not be handy and requires a considerable amount of effort to enable them. CRM is not a solution for document management though it promotes collaboration with customers. Use Dynamics only if you need lots of above capabilities, otherwise, it leads to over-engineering the solution. Hence don't fall into Microsoft Sales pitch

Overall it does its job, but we constantly need the support of a system integrator in order to devleop and run more advanced campaigns.

Pros

It's a good CRM overall.It's usually appreciated by the IT department, whether Salesforce is the most favorited by the Marketing team.It does its job: contact management, some marketing automation, etc.It needs to be developed through third party apps (like ClickDimension if you want to send newsletters).

Cons

It's IT oriented.It requires a lot of development and customization if you want to integrate it into your website.It requiress, for example, Zapier if you run lead acquisition campaigns on Social Media and you want to import the contacts into dedicated lists.

Pros

So we use this to track deals and appointments made in the credit card processing field for new client engagement. It allows us to keep tabs and track data relating to an account and lock it to a single individual.

Cons

It's is slow to input data transfer and receive information uploaded. It does not catch duplicates as often as it should and we constantly have issues releasing between different management in the office. Not user friendly in my opinion.

Pros

Very solid software, unspectacular but reliable. Microsoft's office365 class of the software functions fairly well. The Salesforce software works as advertised and helps to manage the sales and marketing relationship of B to B and retail levels.

Cons

As with many Microsoft software, the interface can be a little clunky. Multiple sign-ins can be asked for, and its hard to switch to different applications. Microsoft doesn't make the data easy to get at and reformat.

For a little while, I was able to use the cases feature to manage incoming bugs and change requests.

Pros

Dynamics offers a lot a of features which make it easy to manage a list of clients, or clients' requests via cases.

Cons

There was a steep learning curve, and wasn't as easy to use as Salesforce. We later switched to Salesforce.

All of my data is instantly at my fingertips, from my customer base to my field reps and the newest marketing strategies.

Pros

I loved the Adobe Marketing Cloud. This made using the content, data and business processes work together to both engage and inform your customer base.

Cons

The price is a little cost prohibitive. I think that new businesses or start ups could benefit from this software, but it would need to be for less money.

Our company invested in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and ClickDimensions Marketing Automation a few months ago and we could not be more impressed. Our data is now organized and much easier to keep up-to-date versus the homegrown CRM system we had before. The best part is having that holistic view into a prospective customer - all data, including website behavior, marketing engagement, and lead score - which is extremely powerful and allows us to effectively target our marketing communications.

An efficient CRM tool from Microsoft.

We use it as a primary CRM. We use it only with specific regions and planning to expand throughout our organization.

Pros

Integration with other Microsoft enterprise products. Task management feature helps to keep track all the tasks Seamless third party integrations makes life much easier.

Cons

UI is less intuitive compared to Salesforce.

It really seems to me: one more software.

Actually none. Although in theory it helps the employees and therefore the company to be more competitive, the true competitiveness is not based on the use or not of a software, but on the optimization of the different processes that are treated and on the assurance of their quality.

Pros

Relatively low price per person when comparing for example similar programs like Salesforce. Being linked to Microsoft provides a high degree of confidence in what technical support is concerned. It has a Microsoft cloud service, with instant access from anywhere.

Great Software!

We don't use it a whole lot here at our office, but when we need it, it works great! Definitely recommend for businesses, but mostly we use SalesForce.

Pros

Ease of use and ability to lookup contacts and notes easy!

Cons

SalesForce is easier, so many use that instead.

- Relatively easy to use - Familiar User Interface to do affinity with Microsoft based products - Decent CRM functionality - Pricing is competitive with competing vendors like Salesforce or SAP - Seamlessly integrates with other Microsoft products (PowerBI, Office365, etc.)

Cons

- Maturity of software and functionality lagging behind competitors like Salesforce and SAP - Relatively new product compared to heavyweights like Salesforce and SAP - Buggy at times

It has been a pleaseant experience to work with Microsoft Dynamics in our IT Department. Especially the integrated solutions.

Pros

The integrated system is a good opportunity for the system to have all the systems under one tool cloud. Everything is in one place, sales, ERP for AX, O365, Marketing, Service Desk

Cons

Pricing is per user per month instead of a bundle package Sometimes you can experience a slow performance

A very good project management software

An Enterprise resource planning (ERP) software used to store and manage business and automate many other functional activities in a business.

Pros

The software is very useful for cloud account and financial management operations. Like every other ERP software, it's quite complex to understand but once you get up to speed, you'll love it.

Cons

I cant account for much defects in the software except that it a bit complex to use

Your all in one business software

Overall Dynamics helped our business out a ton. I ended up switching to something a little more cost effective because it was a bit overkill for my small business, but for any decent sized business it's a must have

Pros

Microsoft dynamics had literally everything a business could need - marketing, customer storage, sales/financials, expenses, account payable - you name it, dynamics had it. We really enjoyed using dynamics and it helped our business a ton

Cons

It was a bit difficult to learn at first, but after some time we got a hang of things
