Complicated software, great customer service!

Reviewed 5 years ago

Fantastic. I've recommended it to two of my clients, and would do so again. It is the best digital grassroots mobilization tool I've seen.

Pros

Phone2Action is state-of-the-art, highly complex -- but friendly, personable customer service has gotten us through every time!

Cons

It IS complicated, but that's a cost of its unbelievable functionality

Phone2Action is GREAT!

Reviewed 5 years ago

Our overall experience has been great, we have been able to connect our membership with their elected officials. We have been able to have an impact on issues that are most important to our company and membership.

Pros

What I like most about the Phone2Action software is how easy it is to use. The system is so user-friendly, there is a dialogue chat-box where you can ask questions to Phone2Action staff and get an immediate response. The software also allows you to collect a lot of data regarding your advocates and your campaigns.

Cons

I truly enjoy the software and cannot think of anything I dislike at the moment.
