Pros
Other solutions were very rigid in the layouts they supported and the ability to share assets between different sign layouts. Plus the price is great.
The customer service was super helpful with troubleshooting and with some features that we didn't know how to use. I would totally recommend it.
Screens and playlists are easy to create. I had an issue with some scripting for a login and support was fantastic in working with me to get the script working, fantastic experience.
Pros
The pre-made templates were very useful and looked very nice. I liked that you can change the color and backgrounds to make them more appealing.
The customer representative was great to work with when we wanted to trial the device. Answered all our questions and made great suggestions based on what we had and needed.
The ability to show videos and change the queue in real time it’s a great benefit to our business.
Cons
Changes appear instantly after publishing. Using with Amazon Fire TV stick.
We have had a bulletin board for years that nobody looks at but people are drawn to the digital signage. We are able to communicate key messages in our church hall and people pay attention.
Remotely able to update screens across different locations without ever needing to leave my desk.
Cons
Now and again the odd glitch but in today's world what does not have a burp now and again.
You have to reset it at least weekly because the connect gets lost.
With the single page device monitoring, I can see if a device isn't updating properly and take action. Our main battle is in-house; making sure lobby personnel keep the TVs turned on.
