Up to the minute reviews that I can respond to on one platform The Leader Board is terrific to help build a fun and competitive arena between our sales force Our sales people like the app and reading what their customers say about them Once set up to my liking it's fast and easy to follow and allows our entire store to work towards different goals for obtaining authentic reviews from happy customers. The Podium staff is amazing, on top of it, creative, helpful, knowledgeable, and always happy to help with enthusiasm. They always respond quickly to any questions. Our customers respond well and fast once they receive the invite I can immediately respond or resolve customer needs when they come through the messenger

It has made online messaging and selling much easier and it is very user friendly
The ability to process payments easily for customers that aren't able to be in store, recurring payments, ease of sharing files
the phone app is AWFUL and glitches constantly. hard to see/find who you are talking to, errors out or stops working, doesn't give alerts or gives too many alerts

Great service that has allowed us to get many reviews when we found it hard to get them. The service is straightforward and easy to use and customers seem to like it too. They are always updating their website and makes things easier to use. If you want more reviews then use Podium!!!
I have not found anything that I do not like about this product. The only thing that could be better would be if they could offer a link to yelp.

Text templates make appointment reminders simpler, automated google review invitations sent when we complete a job has aided in following up with each person.
We love using podium to manage all communication with customers. It has boosted our google reviews through the roof, and makes connection with people easier and more convenient for the client also.
Sometimes the home page can glitch, but it's always resolved momentarily.

It makes it easy to communicate with customers in the field. They can provide detailed information about anything and we can respond in a timely manner

Overall it is a great product for communication and payment. The send a payment link works great and the live chat or texting feature just adds to it.
The best part of the product is the live chat that can be done from the phone or desktop which makes it mobile for the ones that are always on the go.
The downfall to me is that the text messages that are sent out or received can be seen be anyone on the account.

I wouldn't say we're necessarily solving problems with Podium, however, it has cut down on the number of phone calls we receive each day. We still get a lot of them, but I can't imagine the volume we would receive without Podium.
Podium makes responding to customers questions easy. Overall the program runs efficiently and is easy to use. I absolutely love the payment feature!
Occasionally, messages do get hung up or delayed. Refreshing the page is often necessary to find certain messages. I do wish appointment reminders could be more automated, however, overall it's a great product.

It has really helped us close leads through different social media channels, as well as live chat on our website.
It allows us to reach those customers that would rather chat instead of calling in. Most of the leads that have come in through chat are warm leads that do have a high close rate.
I don't like that I can't copy a response out of a word document and paste it into the Podium response box. I don't like that not all leads are required to input a phone number or email address. Some come from Facebook and have no contact info, other than their name.

Overall I am very satisfied with Podium and I recommend it to any business that uses customer reviews
It was super easy and appealing to my customers to leave a review about their service at my dealership
It was sometimes tough for customers to find out how to leave a worded review because the area to type the review itself was in light colored words that some customers missed or believed they weren't able to leave a comment.

it wasn't bad honestly! It's a super great program and they have some amazing features. However, for our company, it just didn't fit as well. For companies larger and using more payment methods, this is the program for you and it's very easy to use daily.

It was easy to implement and it is very easy for myself to use on the back end as well as for the associates on the sales floor to use to complete sales quickly and efficiently. Being able to send payment links and text all inside the app is nice, as well as check on payment status.
One significant problem we've run into is that there's no way for us to tell when Podium flags a payment as fraudulent! This has resulted in us thinking the payment was good to go and letting a customer walk out the door with product that wasn't actually paid for! This is a huge misstep that we've already spoken with representatives about and has resulted in us using other payment methods for customers instead until this issue is solved.

It is a way to communicate with our patients that is user friendly and part of the generation trends that patients want to utilize over phone calls and emails. It has been a great tool that we have embraced in our office.
This software has allowed our practice to communicate in a different way with our patients. I love that we get a quicker response to them and from them. It has been extremely helpful with social distancing and our office being closed for a period of time. We have definitely made this a must have tool for our office.
My only complaint so far with the software is where the payment portal is concerned. It is very easy to send a secure link which I love, however as the financial coordinator it would be nice for the receipt to have some type of tracer like an approval code or receipt number. When I post the payments to our patient accounts. It does not have much detail so the payment receipt information could be better updated.

Let me break it for you easy. There are plenty of review based companies that can do a way better job for the same or less money. This program does NOT notify the client after the job is complete. You have to manually enter the costumers information. Many programs don’t require it. It has a long delay in notifications as well.

Podium has allowed us to gather our members feedback and increase our positive reviews. It also allows us to respond quickly to member questions.
I like that it allows us to respond to members on social media quickly and that it has helped us ask for and receive positive reviews.
Sometimes there is a lag between when the comment comes in and when Podium emails that the comment has come in.

great user experience, they are always improving the software. unlike some competitors i really like how you can see customers engagement on the review invite sent.
it is a costly service compared to competitors. you can't use the service for just review generation, they make you get the messaging feature as well
