Sometimes creating templates takes time. Can be time consuming

The pollfish software offers a huge variety of surveys about a whole lot of different brands and.subjects. Big company actually care enough to want your opinion to matter. Your opinion matters so why not speak up.

The only thing i may dislike about this software is the fact that not all surveys are winners which means being disqualified from some.

I only use Pollfish for completing surveys. It's easy, fun, a good way to spend some time online and of course I get to say my opinion

Not many surveys available for my country

Poll fish claim, they covered 700 m people's. It is good if true. I think they are not capable get results from targeted audiences. This is my personal opinion.

Nothing is good about pollfish. I am not directly experienced with pollfish, but through ysense or time bucks i took their surveys which is not successful. I try about 500 times poll fish.

The least I like about this software is that the pay for some of surveys is really ridiculous..Need to pay more especially the few surveys you get

Nothing! We use this weekly to help us make product decisions that benefit our user and what they see as most important in our product.

Super easy to use and quick to get responses

Logic gets messy if you want to make edits after you add it, and sometimes the open ended responses seem lower quality compared to other platforms we use

What I like most about Pollfish is how easy it is to use. Other sites it’s harder to make surveys and Pollfish is just simpler and makes doing these things an ease

Well I think that Pollfish could have a few more options for Surveys like more options of the way the surveys look.

The process was very easy and straightforward to set up and implement. I liked that Pollfish actually reviewed my survey to make sure it was efficient. Customer service was also very quick and specific.

I wish that you could have two or more media pictures in a question. For example, I wanted to ask, do you like Picture 1 or Picture 2 better? But you can only attach one picture, so I had to make them separate questions. Also, I wish there were more insights and stats provided (such as correlations, etc). Finally, I wish it were easier to understand WHO actually answered the questions outside of just age and sex. It seems that a lot of people who do not speak English well answered the questions and it made me wonder about the overall quality of the participant pool.

1. Sometimes the data is not reliable as the data visualisation presents irrelevant results such as repetitive answers.2. Unable to reorder the questions & add imagery in the survey.3. It's a longer time & often crashes if the survey is lengthy.

The best part of Pollfish is the customer service. The reps are communicative, helpful, and quick with their responses. The software is intuitive and very customizable. If something won't work, the reps make sure they can assist quickly.

I think that there could be an easier way to do logic questions. However, like I said in my previous review, the sales reps are very willing to assist in explaining this.

I have used Pollfish for several surveys, and its analytics tools and import and export feature are some of the best I have seen in survey makers. It is also very aesthetically appealing to make and complete surveys on.

Some features can be a bit slow and starting the surveys can sometimes be clunky, but not enough that it detracts from the product as a whole.

Easy to use, cost-effective and empowering. Also, the ability to recruit in most countries was a key reason for our selection of Pollfish

I used the pay per use feature so did not have access to the advanced analytics tool. One needs to be a subscriber to use advanced analytics, which did not make sense as one is already paying for use.

This was easy to use and fast! I appreciated the cues to tell me whether I would need a larger sample size, and the instant price estimate based on features I select. I used this to quickly validate some visual options.

Since this was so fast, I wasn't sure about the quality of the data. Some of the responses seemed suspicious, so next time I would build a survey with some quality checks in it to make sure the response is not a bot.

The Pollfish platform is amazing. I love that you can easily design surveys and make them short but comprehensive to encourage users to provide thorough responses. I also love how you can use data analysis features to properly understand what users think of the product, service, or software you are writing surveys about.

I don't have anything negative to say about the software.

SIMPLICITY: Anyone can use or manipulate the software. The best results come from having a clear research plan but the execution is flawless and quick. The only feature I'd love is the ability for users to send in a photo for review. The Pollfish team explained there is a larger certification issue that limits them which makes sense.
