Pros

Awesome customer support. Our rep is one of the best people we work with and always fast to respond, and super helpful.
Overall, our experience has been great. The biggest benefit has been how attentive and willing the Opensend is to help with the initial setup and to discuss strategy for different brands.
An awesome way to re-engage with interesting prospects in a non-invasive yet opportunistic way. Terrific team and great product.

I don't think I have any have anything I dislike about Opensend.
The pricing structure seems a little weird how you can go over a set amount of captures, but you're able to limit it.
Currently that is fully managed by the algorithm and the team. There are times I would want to be more aggressive if I know I'm bringing in a lot of new traffic or making a big push.
