Pros

The tool does exactly what it promised and its easy to install. Best of all its very affordable.
I had shopped around and relied on price and reviews to determine if PAP was a good fit for my business. They did have the best price for the packages they offer.
The team is super responsive and is always ready to help. The tracking works great, the UI is super intuitive.

Pros

Having him backing us on this is huge, because this is a new system for us and he makes it super easy to use and be successful.
Aside from the Lead Management software being one of the most user friendly programs, and best integrative technology, Blitz has great customer service.
It has helped create folders, creates leads and help with marking certain opportunities as won.

Cons

There is no payment automation, the lack of possibility to choose more variables in reports.
Horrible user interface. I have to relearn it each time.
However prepare for a huge headache when setting everything up. It also takes a while to hear back from customer service when a problem arises.

Cons

The reports are a little hard to read and take too long to update I might be missing a step in the process.
I've been working with Nick this past week and regret not using this tool from day 1. I have called colleagues and suggested they start using Blitz to track all their leads.
We are only using about 1/4 of the tools this system has to offer. So the only problem is that I have not put enough time into learning what Blitz has to offer.
