I did a large scale investigation when I embarked on a social media planner. there were some that were less expensive, but not very user friendly. I can look at my month at a glance and see all the planned posts.

Pros

I love how visual this product is. It is very easy to use, easy to set up, easy to schedule your month. The best part is, it is very reasonably priced and doesn't have to come with a monthly price tag!

• I faced some issues with some accounts that got disconnected several times for no reason. Even though I could connect them back, I headed to the customer service to report this issue. They responded to me a bit late. Though the customer service was satisfactory, I think they should respond faster. • There was a built-in graphics tool, but it wasn’t convenient for me to try a new interface. Rather I would like to have popular graphic tools integrated into their software to get the most out of the tool. • Many of their competitors are progressing faster. So, it’s not the right time for them to sit back relax. It’s time to buckle up and move forward to overtake their competitors in terms of features and functionality.

My overall experience has been exceptional and remarkable, now there is no need for me to worry about my content getting late or delayed for publishing. “ A Great Digital Marketing Management Tool ”

It has been a great experience with POSTOPLAN. Due to it's low pricing and great features. The interface is user friendly. I started using a few months ago and it is too easy to use. I have synced all my accounts and can schedule and manage posts by using postoplan. Best thing about postoplan is that it's too easy to use and its GUI is much interactive. My professional life becomes so easy. Highly recommended for people managing multiple social media accounts on daily basis. The tech support team is also highly responsive.

Pros

I think Hubspot is really killing it with integrated marketing and sales tools. I used to work for a smaller agency where we used their suite, and it worked perfectly for us. There are multiple platforms to manage, so even if for a day I spend less or no time on one platform, I won't be missing out on updates and posts on that platform. The template editor is something not to be missed. It is also a great feature while designing posts. Excited for the upcoming updates and analytics section.

Cons

As lack of YouTube videos continue, I turned to e-mail customer service. I was a beginner and I really had to study and figure out POSTOPLAN to achieve my goals. It was not daunting or negative but it required will power and some creativity to figure it out. LinkedIn not being included in free version was a con for me. Calendar is also a place which can be improved.

Useful Social Medial Management Tool

I was looking for a tool that can help me advance my tutoring business forward. Prior to POSTOPLAN, my social media outreach was manual and labour intensive. This app allowed me to streamline my communication across multiple social medial platforms and sync all of the outgoing content. Since then, I have recommended it to others. It’s a tool that’s easy to navigate and can be used for personal and business needs.

Pros

A very affordable tool that allows you to manage up to 8 social media channels at the same time. Flexible subscription plans is a plus. I really like the efficiency aspect. It gives me more time to focus on the essentials of my work: content creation, lesson planning, while I can be confident that all my communication needs will be met by POSTOPLAN. An option of color-coding your posts by category is helpful. Being able to choose which posts to publish on what platform is a big plus! Personally, I really appreciate the option of different interface themes, especially the dark/night mode. I do work a lot during the night hours - this option is really gentle on my eyes.

Cons

A free trial is short – you need to use the tool for at least a month to really appreciate its capabilities. And after a month, I guarantee you will not be able to do without it! I wish the post categories were customizable. I also had a bit of a hick up trying to link my Instagram account, but the support was prompt and efficient to resolve the issue.

I recently started using POSTOPLAN to manage various social media accounts. It helps in great amount to keep the content consistently across social media which is very challenging for me until I started using POSTOPLAN. We can save lot of time by scheduling social media posts also we can post into our social media accounts without logging in to each account. POSTOPLAN support the following social media accounts Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram etc.,

We have option to separate personal and work accounts. The free version allows us to create scheduling up to 1 week whereas the PRO version has no scheduling limit. Calendar configuration is easy to use and it shows all the posts which are posted with dates. The feature I like most is the price, it is more affordable than other social media management tools. POSTOPLAN is the go-to tool for the beginners who are looking for social media management tool. It also has dark mode feature which will be handy during the night hours.

Cons

It was little difficult to understand at the beginning to know about all the features, we need to spend some time to get familiar with this tool. POSTOPLAN does not have any mobile version, this will be come a complete package once they release mobile version/app.

The most complete social media management platform

What I can ONLY do with Postoplan is to integrate Whatsapp, Facebook Groups, Linkedin, and Instagram, and Google My Business in the same calendar and to unify the visual and social media strategy. And use it differently for different projects. It is a great advantage not to have to think about how many social media accounts you have and if you can add one or two. Also, the cost of VIP is very good. I would say even small compared to the competition. So what do I like: 1. Provides access to ALL social media accounts regardless of the package of services 2. Social media accounts grouped by Projects (as a kind of Clients) 3. Categories for posts And I also like the business model that charges how much you use the platform, not by the number of social media accounts used.

A high ROI Automated Marketing Tool Kit that deserves a Try

The platform came as a blessing in disguise. Having limited budget and resources and ambitious digital and social marketing plan, the un-restricted and holistic offering was nothing like anyone else. Now I do not struggle anymore with keeping my channels updated regularly and users engaged, do not have to do daily review and push of content and most importantly I can closely see what is working for me and what’s not. In terms of features, easy of use and small learning curve, I had a great experience with them, found them to be best in market. As a first time user , I would have expected more flexible trial plan with more features and possibly a plan linked with volume of usage and number of users, if it makes sense for someone to go for it.

Pros

I particularly liked that irrespective of the number of users, the cost remains the same. The number of platforms on offer and features in even free plan are attractive and ends up saving 100's of $$ in marketing cost. The plan plan cover more attractive platform and small fees negative high saving on marketing costs. The most impressive is the fact that all the scheduled posts actually go ahead and get's shared unlike some bad experience in past with few other platforms I had tried. Themes are add-on which is not directly beneficial but it helps break the monotony of using an interface with you actually switching to new one every few days.

Cons

Some of the most popular of platforms are not provided in free trial period which many users might actually want to try with and then make a decision, not everyone would like to pay before they use it and find it attractive

Cheap doesn't mean bad

They changed the payment method; instead of the number of accounts, they receive income when you get more posts, but the amount and the price are super affordable. Best of all, they include the analytics and instagram stories. So it's not only one thing, they're unique, and I tried others but nothing like this, easy and effective, and cheap, and versatile... Even the mascot it makes me smile :), the colors are relaxing and easy to work with. Summing up: Stop paying crazy amounts of money for other solutions and support this amazing.

Cons

Sometimes, when I programmed a post with accents or symbols, it gives me an error when I post on Instagram, but it's easy to change. You can post emojis, there are some of them but not all. I copy paste them from other websites, so it-s not a big deal and we understand that it's a constant development of the product so we support them and we will wait to see this small thing solved.

- Easy access, easy to understand, easy to use both on the phone and laptop. - Before I had to work in all of the social networks separately, now – I manage all at once and can control what posts were posted, when and in which network. - I can plan my posts for a day or fill the whole week or month at once. - The publications are now nicely scheduled and appear in my networks with better consistency than before. - When you run out of your own ideas – the application has many more to offer, you can easily use them or adapt them to your needs.

A great companion to automate your work for free.

Postoplan helped my agency managing multiple accounts from the same dashboard and the best thing most of its features are free and if you need more then premium or Pro package is sold on a peanut price. This tools also increased our productivity and because we are an agency we finally decided to quit our own app due to some missing feature like "repeat posts" and because of the fact of the high price paid addons to use multiple social media accounts and it was also very time consuming to maintain it. Now we are using Postoplan.app to manage our social media with ease and believe me it saves us so much time because of its features.

I tried this app because I need to automate daily posting for my brand accounts on multiple platforms. It’s important for me to be able to post on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Telegram, and Postoplan supports them. I’ m glad that Telegram is included, because many auto-posting platforms don’t have it. Another good thing is a low entry threshold – it took me just a few steps to automate my first posts. I’ve signed up, then connected my accounts, then set the first post, that’s it. You even don’t need to look for ideas for a new post, if you don’t want to – it’s possible to choose from proposed posts and pictures. For me it’s a good option, because I’m trying to post at least 3 times a day and sometimes a feel lack of ideas.

Pros

I like that this service makes content recommendations, it’s helpful. It even has reminders like “in this day Falcon 9 was successfully landed by SpaceX”, cool! Another thing that I find very useful is an “adding frequently used hashtags” feature. It is a “must have” and I don’t understand why some other services don’t offer it. I’m also glad to see Telegram in the list of available platforms – it’s a big part of the market nowadays and still not many automation services support it. One more thing that I like is a bird-eye-view calendar that can shrink and expand depending of amount of content. The price is also good for me.

Cons

Built in graphics editor seem to be an excessive feature for me, because I prefer to use an external one. Professional graphics editors are also better than built in ones. Also, it has proposed pictures and in some categories they are too outdated. It would be great to have a vk.com platform integration also. I don’t like that post suggesting option changes only the day and doesn’t change the time of the post. It’s a small thing, but I spend too much time changing the time of the next post by hands every time.

The best tool to automate and boost your business

This application has many great features like automating your different social media content on a single platform with multiple accounts. It doesn't require days or hours to manage all accounts and post single content on all your required accounts you can schedule it according to your customer/viewers' availability. It covers most of the famous and top rating social networks like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Slack, and Linkedin. I would say this application is a great help for all those who are managing their business via social media networks. Price is very reasonable and also the trial version is obviously a plus point. It gives a good suggestion to boost your business if you're running out of ideas.Overall great experience.

Pros

I am working as an Automation engineer and I really like things that follow some kind of automation. This feature of 'Post scheduling according to availability of customer/audience'. PostoPlan has attracted me to this app.

Cons

I have liked almost all of its features except the pricing especially the days for the trial version It could be of 20-30 days trial. Also, it would be great if they release it mobile application. Need to give more options in accounts.

Pros

CONTENIVE simply saved my life. I am the owner of a clothing boutique online. I used to be so caught up with trying on clothes, measuring sizes, accessorize, replenishing old clothes and taking phones of worried customers. I never realized my business lacked visibility on social media until I discovered this platform. Therefore, when I decided to use their professional services, I actually took a life-saving decision.

Cons

My business developed so much after this. I could actually see the number of satisfied customers increasing each day plus we have introduced new service- vintage clothes. Their team of specialists came up with a ready-made content plan based on my needs as entrepreneur. They also provided me with a daily presence on social media. Everything is clear when using the platform and the feed-back they gave me was unbelievable. In addition, the overall level of my prospective customer awareness increased, so I do not need to waste a lot of time explaining the basics. This actually freed up time for more important things like my children. Moreover, the cost of the service is cheaper than hiring a real person to take care of my social media.

Best social medial manager I ever came across

To be honest, time management is very important for me and has always been a weak side of me, that's why I required an app so much like "postoplan" to keep me manage and on time. After using Postoplan everything is managed by itself, my business and social media life are going well. In other words, Postoplan gives me freedom at a much lower cost compared to other such apps. I can easily schedule different activities and events with just one click and get notified at the time. This app has also solved the dilemma of posting and sharing my work on social media platforms. I recommend it especially to those, who are troubling with time management or reaching out to people on social media.

Pros

Very user-friendly interface, it can manage all sort of social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn to name a few, where you can easily compile all your post, and schedule a time for it to be posted. I'm a freelancer and usually promote my work on social media platforms, I kind of find it very convenient to use because I can post in any language for reaching out to different cultural...

Cons

Besides the active support of the supporting team, this app lacks FAQ, due to which the end-user finds it difficult to search for the answer by themselves without lodging a ticket to ask questions or other help. The app membership is also a bit expensive, and the trial period is very less. Linkedin and WhatsApp should be included in the free membership account, and other languages should also be added mostly Asian ones.
