What a disaster. First, you have to understand how it works. You have to pay for a press room, then for a press release to be (poorly) written (optional) and to spread to to journalists. It's difficult to get this done has their website is full of bugs and unclear. I had to contact everyone of the company through Linkedin and Twitter in order to get a feedback one week after ordering a press release. Their phone number doesn't ring, you go directly on voice mail and they don't listen to it. What a shame. The quality of the press release was poor. My press release was specialised in Dentistry, the spread it to everyone in Medicine area, even journalists at "Colon & rectum magazine"… a tenth has opened my email. What a shame, such a good concept but poorly executed (by a freelance based in Paris if my research is right) and no sense of customer service at all.
