Pros
What I love most about Press Page is the excellent customer service. It is also relatively user friendly.
PressPage training and setup was pleasant and thorough and the help team is extremely responsive.
I could go on, but the most incredible asset PressPage has is their friendly and supportive customer relations staff.
Pros
The documentation system is great and the ability to download all the information you need is very helpful. It's also very secure and has a good innovation team behind it.
Overall It is a great option for MSP's that I highly recommend. It is good for users in other departments aswell to keep track of important documentation.
It is beneficial and really easy to use. You can teach someone in minutes how to setup documents and the site even helps you.very impressed.
Cons
The PressPage platform is not a target for Wordpress security hackers which means it is one less thing to worry about or keep an eye on.
There are not any features I don't like about PressPage's software platform.
Invest the time to learn the tips and tricks to get the optimum out of the tool. Next to that, the UX flow is for me as a super-nerdy user, not always on par.
Cons
I would only ever consider their enterprise product which, if you have a large team, can become costly.
They just added the one thing i always complained about.
So I find myself relearning certain aspects of how to use the software which can be particularly frustrating when trying to get through a work day.
