Pros

My overall experience with Prisync has been amazing I have been using them for over a year and they have the best customer support that I have seen.
Prisync is a very useful tool to watch our competitor's price changes. We use it to keep our prices competitive and using this software improved our e-commerce website's performance.
Easy, intuitive interface, great customer service, very good value for money.

Pros

The product is relatively intuitive to set up and use; the integration with QuickBooks worked seamlessly. The support has been superb.
The help desk is exceptional and very patient with good clear explanations on how to use an area or expand what we can do with an area.
This platform is so easy to use and has given us a super professional website with customer specific pricing, this is the best thing about the software for us.

Cons

No report to tell me which links are broken or not returning result. Still occasionally give me wrong prices.
Easy to use and quick responses. Still some small problems with indexing from prices, but only small problems.
Should be the small technical error such as different amount showed between the official link.

Cons

The only bad thing is being charged per 1,000 SKU's restricts you wanting to put too much on there, possibly restricting sales.
Looking for the right software is daunting and making the wrong choice can be detrimental to your business. We spent over a year testing ordering portal software.
Missing a few integrations like CRM, MailChimp & multiple warehouse options. Have yet to find anything wrong with the system.
