What is Qualitative?

Qualitative is a cloud-based user research platform that helps businesses gather information by planning and conducting user research sessions online. The platform offers features such as email invitations and reminders, online forms, video conferencing, calendar integration, and more. Businesses can use Qualitative to carry out research projects and distribute incentives such as gift cards to reward participants for their contributions.

In order to utilize the Qualitative platform, users simply enter the information of the participants they would like to invite and send out email invitations. Participants then fill out a screener questionnaire and schedule an interview slot based on the availability of both the interviewer and interviewee. Calendar events are automatically created when interviews are scheduled and integration with Google Calendar means that scheduled events are automatically added to the participants’ calendars. Incentives, such as gift cards, can be tailored to business needs, based on location or incentive type, and sent out to participants automatically once interviews are completed.
