User friendly, great tool for business media, allows for easy visibility of viewers.

This software benefited our company by allowing for timely posting of information to its viewers.

Pros

Uploaded images are instantly posted to the media screen. Real time posting makes for efficient and effective marketing.

Cons

I usually have to create my announcements in a Photoshop template which has the ability to use a variety of fonts, layering of elements and colors resulting in impactful presentations.

Pros

The ability to customize the screens to our members. Our older members loved seeing themselves on "TV". We have some standard information on our tv's but love to showcase all of our members

Pros

It looks sharp on the monitor especially with social media scrolling in real time.

Cons

I dislike finding and/or creating pictures to fit dimensions that fit the screen. It usually doesn't scale properly and the available stock photo is okay not many options but it's ok

Pro's: -Responsive customer service/troubleshooting -Prompt onboarding/integration -Reasonably priced -End Product is professional looking -Back end admin site - easy to use/change content -Integrates with EMS software (another scheduling software with API's) to automatically pull data (no double data entry) We also pull our social media onto our signage which is a great communication tool for our client.

REACH Media works with their clients to create unique specific interface that reflects our school.

We have 5 screens/monitors. There is no unique naming system for each monitor to use when needing to isolate problems.

Pros

Love the dashboard and being able to quickly view status of all players, both in our HQ and throughout the state.

Cons

If I have to think of things that I don't like about the software, it would only be a chance to improve the consistency of weather feeds, although your software is probably pulling from a third-party so this doesn't reflect much on REACH.

I love the contemporary look of the display templates and the ability to pull in my social media accounts and other information from my Schoolwires website.

Cons

I wish the repeat button on the daily schedule;e would let you click off on calendar dates to schedule for a four day rotation cycle.

Pros

Easy to use, great web interface and easy to get up and running in a short time

Cons

They still have a ways to go with the user self-service features but they provide such excellent service, most customers just rely on Reach to handle it.

We are able to showcase our products and services in real-time, and customize the display to fit specific customer visits which always impresses.

Pros

We are very impressed with the stability of the platform, after 13 months on the platform we have had 1 issue that was resolved by the excellent support staff within 30 minutes. We constantly get positive comments from visitors, and customers on how much the digital sign adds to the decor of the lobby.

Cons

This is a minor nit pick, as the design group is most responsive to change requests.
