Ultimately, Reach has allowed for quick updates to our client ads. Although most features offered by Reach are not something our company needs, they do however open potential opportunities for us to offer to our clients and utilize in the future. Furthermore, Reach did not have a specific feature that one of their competitors does offer (Watchfire Ignite), but I was able to provide the details of this new feature to a Reach Support Representative and they promised to submit this as a potential feature for the Reach CMS. This may or may not be implemented, but my concern was gladly heard - as such, the Reach customer service has been a very positive experience for myself.
Features available enable us to compete with most of our competition and surpass others. Which in our case, allows us to offer our clients state-of-the-art service.
Due to this being a web-based system, certain clunky response times for content updates, caching concerns, CSS consistency errors, etc - all account for a demerit in consumer value. Most of which can be addressed with future front-end updates to the Reach software. Largest concern from a front-end development standpoint would be major inconsistencies in responsive view (mobile, tablet). There should be no limitations between devices. Granted, although many of these appear concerning, the web-based route allows for flexible updates on a diverse set of systems, web-based integrations for RSS Feeds/Social Content, and many other valuable features which would hold its weight in limitations if Reach were a standalone application.

I think the value the present is good vs the overall cost.
I have some experience with another system. The easy of setting up and full management for REACH is nice. The fact that their is no monthly charges beyond the add in services you need is nice. I don't feel like we are paying for something that we get no benefit for.
I think the editor for creating slides lacks some ability to be creative, it could be upgraded. But it is functional to make basic presentations. I know there is more options, but I am not a graphics person so I may just not know how to use it.

Overall, Reach is a great digital signage company. The product is perfect for our company needs and it is very easy to use.
The ease of use. The built in tools to create announcements are simple and uncomplicated. The support team is attentive and communicative.
I originally chose this product over the other provider because it offered a Facebook Live feature that is no longer available. It does not look like this feature is being reinstated.

From first contact to implementation took a while on OUR END due to budgeting into a non-profit system. When we gave the green light it went very well and quickly...but not rushed. Support gave all the information our IT staff needed for a quick, and wireless, installation and implementation of service. Easy to use right from the start and has become even easier to use than when we started two years ago. They will have to pry this system from my, cold, dead hands if the budget ever becomes too lean or a change is suggested. So, I guess you can say I am pleased with the system and value.
Being able to edit/control content from literally ANYWHERE. This has saved our organization countless hours vs. the old way with USB thumb drives...not to mention 1 person can do the task that took 3 (with travel time) in the past! The Instagram posts are looking fabulous and the stock artwork saves so much time not having to scour the internet to create holiday greetings/notices of closure.
I know they are working on it already, but our Facebook posts sometimes appear strange and illegible. It seems only to appear legible when the post is not a 'shared' post or story...only when it's created on-page does it seem to appear legible.

We are in the process of moving all of our academic signage over to their platform, with some testing and several signs activated. Everyone I have worked with at REACH has been very accommodating, has tried to understand my timeline (which has changed quite a bit due to some legacy equipment we were initially going to use prematurely hitting end of life) and have displayed qualities including being genuinely helpful, willing to go above and beyond to make sure our rollout is moving along as planned, and regularly checking to ensure our experience with the company is first-rate.
We can do everything in the cloud that I need, the software itself is intuitive and works well. If I ever run into an issue, the REACH staff are very easy to work with and I have enjoyed working with them. I am a person who is laid-back, but has absolutely no hesitation at letting companies know if I am unhappy (our my company is) with them! REACH offers a very good product at a price point that has saved us considerable money while having 99% of the features we were used to using or considering using and added a few we did not have.
Very little. A few interactive items, I am used to programming myself versus working with the company for a minimal cost. I believe for most organizations, especially small business, this ends up being more of a feature as they can have dedicated people build whatever they need at exceptionally competitive rates. I am just a control freak, so it is more specific to my own personality and situation.

One of our biggest goals as a school is to keep all stakeholders informed of what is going on within the school on a daily basis. Our interactive TV, along with the REACH software has allowed us to reach that goal. With a few clicks of a button, our daily announcements, student shout-outs, or other important notifications are published and easy for all to see.
I love that I am able to access this software from anywhere. Even if I am not in school that day, I am able to send announcements out so the students/staff/community members can see them! I also love how user-friendly the REACH interface is.
I am not sure I would identify this as a con, but we always appreciate software that is low-cost because of the tight budget we are on. Even yearly specials or price knock-downs might help me sell the yearly cost to my administration!

We needed to replace some old pin-push bulletin boards. REACH offered the most cost-effective solution that gave us really nice displays for the public who visit us daily.
Ease of Use: The REACH team gave us a tutorial before using this system and we found it very easy to learn and use daily. It's very easy to update our announcements and daily schedule. Template: REACH set up a really nice template that fit our needs perfectly!
We had some issues with the device freezing up initially but after some updates (via REACH support) it has been running problem-free.

The team at reach is by far one of the best in the business. I feel like I am their only client. They are so responsive and easy to work with!
We really love that we were able to make our boards in the building digital with this software at a cost that was not a huge increase to the condo. The ease of use of the software and that it is online allowed our board to manage what was on the board and to make sure it was appealing to owners and residents.
I wish there where easy template layouts that we could use and that you offered backgrounds for these templates.

Reach helps us communicate to all of our audiences in a timely, visually appealing way. We've used other systems in the past, and Reach is the most affordable and easy to use. The customer service and support teams are fast and helpful. My overall experience is very positive.
What I like most about this software is the user friendly interface, fast customer service, stock image options, and preview modes.
As a designer who uses an iMac, the editing tools are less sophiscated and a bit cumbersome to operate when I need to fine tune an area. Some great upgrades might include an alignment tool for text boxes and shapes.

Very awesome. The team is very response all the way from sales to support. They make the process of starting up your signage super easy and affordable. REACH is a definite leader in the signage market and would highly recommend to anyone who is searching for a powerful corporate messaging tool.
I like all pre-built content I have access to. It allows for a powerful message with minimal upkeep. The system can be as simple or as complex as you want it to be. Having that type of flexibility makes this system a homerun.
It can sometimes be difficult to style your content. Having a visual while changing fonts color, size, and type can be difficult at times.

I love that the software is web-based and I can update it from anywhere. Also, Reach is compatible with our registration software, which in turn, is less work for me. The customer service is amazing. They are quick to respond when I reach out and occasionally proactively check-in with me. When we give tours of our facility, one of the first compliments we receive are about the digital screens and schedules.
The cost of the software is somewhat expensive considering we have to pay a maintenance fee annually; however, in the end it's worth it. Reach helps our patrons find what they are looking for on our website and in the facility.

This software and equipment has helps me recruit sponsors, create brand awareness, promote our departments memberships, programs and services, as well as looks amazing when all said and done. The software developers, brand ambassadors, and content managers have a done a great job with all aspects of this software. Kudos REACH!
The software is always easy to use and evolving to include the latest trends. I have not found another company that can offer all of the same services for such an affordable price with great customer service and management.
Honestly, I love everything about REACH, from the people to the software. They are always willing to work with me to resolve any problem I may have and brainstorm solutions/new trends for the future. This is a great company that is only getting better. No problems or regrets.

REACH has great customer service too, anytime I have had a problem with the screen/software/website they are quick to get back to me with a solution. Also let it be noted any problems are few and far between. Lastly I feel REACH is a great value and unlike other software companies they tend to keep the price the same year after year. We are a small non-profit private college and greatly appreciate their rate structure.
Our small college has had two digital signs with REACH for 7 years now, and we've been happy since the beginning. The software is user-friendly and has been updated and improved over the years. More functionality has been implemented since we first began with the company. Every year it seems to get better and better.
There have been times over the years when the software (web-based) didn't do quite what I wanted, or the formatting was a bit off. I believe the software has improved in this regard and I have far fewer complaints about it now than I did say a few years ago. Once in a while the facebook widget stops working, but it resolves itself most times with no action from me. I normally blame facebook and not REACH.

The REACH system has been very user friendly which is great for training and implantation of the product. Increases our productivity. There are plenty of features to keep the design modern and a great visible way to communicate messages to our community and students.

I find it easy to use. I think the people who enter our building appreciate having the monitors so they know what is happening in the building and where their meetings are taking place.
I have found it frustrating when I see a feature, and when I click on it to utilize it, I am not at the price level to use it.

Overall we've had nothing but success. The design team created an amazing layout for us. We use this system daily! I love how i can update our channel from anywhere at anytime. The customer service is TOPNOTCH!! Its super affordable and overall just an amazing way to improve communication.
How user friendly it is. It took me every bit of 30 minutes to learn how to upgrade and save graphics. My absolute favorite thing though is being able to create a schedule for each graphic. This keeps me from having expired images for activities running on the screen.
Cant think of anything. Honestly! The only way i think it could be better is if it had an app. Heck it might, maybe i should look :)

The ability to access Reach from anywhere is incredibly beneficial. I have been 12 hours away from school and am able to update it so students/teachers get the most up-to-date information within minutes. I also have been incredibly pleased with the customer service.
I love this product, but my administration isn't completely sold on the yearly price. I am hopeful once I am can show them everything I use the software for, it will help justify the amount

Their designer worked with us to design a custom template for us that was easy to update. We asked for some design elements that took some trial and error to implement and they were not only willing to try new things, but great to work with throughout the process. Editing within their announcement editor can be tricky. I find it easier to design in PowerPoint or Adobe Creative Suite and import in most announcements, which works great. We wish there was a way to embed the live screen feed onto our company's intranet, but there is not currently an option for this.

Communication is always the hardest thing for companies to keep open. Reach allows our business to effectively communicate with employees who are not on company email. There is truly value added with the Reach system. Our company has 29 display screens right now and there is already a desire for more.
Reach and their entire team made our digital signage implementation a breeze from the very beginning. With a detailed white-board style initial training and demo setup to our full suite implementing their customer support and tech support is some of the best I've experienced in the customer service industry. Reach's Content Management System is also user friendly with scale-able features that include everything we were looking for. Simple, customize-able, centrally managed, and highly cost effective.
Some of the terminology used in the CMS is not always straight forward, there is a slight learning curve from an administrative side.

Cost savings, centralization of content management, lightweight operability and hassle free service and support.
I really enjoy the flexibility of being able to make on the fly changes to our internal signage. Working with support has given me confidence in knowing that issues will be resolved in a timely manner. The development team is a lot of fun to work with and extremely understanding and sensitive to our needs. This is an all around great product and I would definitely recommend this service to a friend/colleague.
If I have to list one, then I have to pick on the CMS as it relates to announcements/file storage. I have a relatively exponential learning curve for software but I can't seem to quickly grasp the concept of manipulating files within announcements and how they all link to devices. Again, I am nitpicking because I'm sure that if I just watched your training resources (another Pro), I'd be fine.

The Reach signage is essential to our 465,000 sq/ft multi-sport event complex to inform members/customers of our myriad of programming and activities to locate rooms, events, and schedules showing its flexibility for our Rinks, multi-config Fields, tennis courts, adventure center, batting cages, drop-ins all over the facility: aquatics, gymnastics, basketball, tennis courts, rinks, field and events....

I can control 3 office locations (more if budget would allow) from ANYWHERE on the planet with internet connection. Saves me A LOT of time and mileage not having to take jump drive to each location anymore. KUDOS!
Really great quality and a great response time to user error questions/concerns. Had a glitch with Rocky Ford machine and they walked me through correcting it...so easy! Had some video loading issues, ended up being my error and slow connection on my end but rep was very patient and genuinely concerned to help me.
Facebook/Social Media posting never worked out for us. It never looked good. If you could figure out how to make it look like FB/SM actual posts that would be fantastic. Stock Images/Art are a bit limited, but easy enough to Google and upload needed artwork. Melding the Text/Image overlay options would be great.
