On our end the software is easy to use and learn. It was easy to train new users and our staff likes the looks/feel of the product.

We needed to update our digital signage for multiple car dealerships and, after doing much research, I discovered Reach Media. They have been exceptional in their initial presentations and price, subsequent installs, technical support, training, and fielded many questions with a great attitude. The solution has an easy interface and it's super easy to upload videos or graphics to our various TVs at our different locations. Thanks so much for a great job!

It helps communicate more effectively to people walking into our building
I like how easy it is to customize and schedule events and facility reservations. It looks sharp on the monitor especially with social media scrolling in real time.
I dislike finding and/or creating pictures to fit dimensions that fit the screen. It usually doesn't scale properly and the available stock photo is okay not many options but it's ok

I have had a good experience with this software.
It seems to work well once you learn a few ins and outs.
A little bit difficult to manage at first.
