Great value for money and wide selection of referral program templates

I wanted to increase number of my customers and I didn't want to build everything from scratch so this really helped me save time. It is super easy to use, data is trackable, it's not expensive

Pros

As a small business owner I understand how much client referrals are important . So, I was really happy to find a platform that helps me build referral program, that is easy to track and there are so many templates for different industries. Templates are customizable so you can play with it and try different looks, add different images etc.Also It is not expensive, that is important part for me, because my business is on tight budget.

Cons

Althought there are lots of supported languages, there is no croatian but that is not a really big problem.

Easy and seamless and it was delivering results in a matter of days. Our users are sharing their referral links like crazy.

Pros

We looked at a lot of solutions and this really was the best for customer referral programs. Our program was up and running in a few days and we were happy with the support received, everything was smooth sailing. We also really like the referral analytics they offer.

Cons

We found it hard to embed the pop up but managed to get it right in the end.

Best software for referrals

I'm now using Referral Factory to easily track referrals, set up templates specifically for different industries (it's got tabs like 'Agency', 'SaaS', 'E-Commerce', and many more), and I feel like I can find anything I need inside this platform. From CRMs to my preferred Add-Ons, you can customize it all. Another plus is the design of the platform, which makes it easy to navigate through it.

Pros

What I liked the most is the fact that you can adjust the platform to your specific needs in a matter of seconds. Add any CRM you want, and easily set up a campaign (AI tools are integrated! Huge plus). I also really like the Rewards Dashboard, where you can your active rewards in one overview + the ones that are already issued or due so you can follow up. If you're looking for an up-to-date referral platform, look no further - Referral Factory has all vital necessities integrated.

Cons

I have nothing to add here, I think the platform is complete with the features it offers.

Great Customer Referral Platform

The platform is incredibly easy to use, and the campaign builder stands out as one of the easiest I have used over time. Their integrations are powerful and don't require an engineering degree to setup, and the fact that it integrates so well with Zapier has made getting data into various internal systems, are all wins for us.

Cons

We had to setup our own coupons and import them -- would have been great if they worked natively depending on the integration, but wasn't a deal breaker for us. Our only other gripe would be that email could be a bit more flexible, but their customer support alerted us that a big update is on the way. Looking forward to it.

Brilliant referral campaigns app connected to Hubspot

It's very useful to help grow a business in their initial stages. It helps generate deals quickly. The tool is easy to use, you don't need to be an expert to build your campaign and the integration with Hubspot can be configured in a few minutes. You can set it up and build your first campaign in minutes. You can use the available templates to build your referral campaigns. There are very good articles to answer your questions and the support team is very responsive, friendly and knowleadgable.

Pros

The HubSpot integration makes a huge difference. It's very easy to setup and it brings so many advantages: makes it easy to track and manage referral campaigns right within the CRM system. And you can send referral campaigns to you Hubspot contacts or to specific lists built in Hubspot. The dashboard is a great tool for tracking campaigns and to evaluate their performance.

Cons

It would be nice to have a free trial before purchasing the subscription.

Super easy to use and great customer support

Referral Factory makes it so simple to implement a referral programme, especially for those of us who aren't that tech-savvy. Funnily enough, Referral Factory was referred to me by a colleague in my industry. When she first mentioned it, I was concerned that it would be too much work and might involve some coding experience. It turns out they built the software for people exactly like me. The ease of use is definitely my favourite aspect, but I was also so pleasantly surprised by the level of support offered in the early stages of setting up my campaign. The team helped me think through how to reward my customers and incentivise them to refer their friends. I highly recommend this software for small business owners!

Cons

I have only recently started using the software, and since I have a small business, I haven't had any problems with connecting the software to my online platforms. I am yet to see a major increase in my leads, but I think that what makes this marketing approach really work is that it can grow exponentially once the referrals start picking up.

The integrations are key!

The integration process was so easily! I had been trying to find a user friendly and effective referral management system that could also integrate to our CRM in Salesforce to help with lead generation. I had tried programs like Referral Rock, and I just wasn't satisfied with the product. I decided to try out Referral Factory and I have been blown away at how easy everything has been from deployment to continuing to use it for our lead generation in our CRM.

Cons

I wish I had started using it sooner! I have since recommended it to other clients and colleagues who are using it to implement in their processes as well. I had a couple hiccups during integration (definitely user error), and the customer support team, was there right away to help troubleshoot me through it!

We rely on Pipedrive. The integration was seamless and required just a few clicks. I like their templates that can be customised or used as inspiration for the design when you have no designer resources.

Cons

The platform is missing segmentation. Apparently, it is on their roadmap.The site works very well on browser, but is not optimised for mobile browser. Certain features are not available at all.

I am able to reach out to my current database of customers and easily generate new leads using this software.

Pros

I loved how easy it was to set up and how many professional templates it came with. I don't like to spend a lot of time creating campaigns. All the templates the software came with made it very easy to quickly create the perfect campaign for my customers.

Cons

I don't have dislikes so far, it works for exactly what I need it for. It hasn't been difficult to set up or run the tooling.

You can get started with your referral campaigns without much technical hassle, long production times and complicated integrations. The settings are so flexible that allow you to be very creative when it comes to coming up with campaign concepts.

The only downside that I experienced was that there’s a lot of information on the website, so it can be kind of overwhelming to navigate at first. It can also get a little tricky when you need to send rewards in lots of different currencies. The good news is that any technical issues that I experienced were resolved quickly.

Having a "virtual team member" bringing us referrals each day was our best acquisitions channel

The template designs were great for inspiration, and allowed us to see the range of functionality for bringing in videos, which is what our business is premised on. The activation of the campaign was great, and it was easy to surface the campaign on our website, and in an emailer to our existing clients.The outcome of the campaign is really where the value lies - seeing good quality new customers, with an added benefit of network effects keeps them spending more, and churning less. So I'd highly advise the software for SMBs.

Pros

The easy onboarding and ability to choose a template made it easy to see an immediate impact visually. We could connect Hubspot to the product, and then let all our customers know that they could refer their friends, and earn a free month of subscription. I really like that Referral Factory allows me as an entrepreneur to see the metrics associated with acquisition volumes and costs. There were many rewards options and their support team was at the ready for us.

Cons

I understand that SaaS limits flexibility in how generic it might be, but one area that could be a benefit is easier mapping and notification prompts of emails. Perhaps there could be some notifications beyond email, or a daily/weekly summary of the campaign as well.
