I would recommend for any business who needs to respond to reviews.
So we have not used the product long but since have been using they are very reliable. They have an awesome backend to see all the stats and a great way to respond to reviews. They respond within 24 hours. They give alerts as well when any review comes in.
The only thing I would say I didn't like was that I had to pay for it. The price is not bad though so not really a con in my book either but that would be my only complaint.

The level of service, flexibility, and full-service offerings is a breathe of fresh air compared to my experience with other major players in the listing management and rating/review space. I never feel pressured or forced into a contract. I always feel comfortable providing honest feedback that will be taken to heart. I feel confident knowing I can trust this platform and their staff to help my department specialists deliver on our clients' high expectations. I'd recommend Reputation.com over any other software in these spaces (1) listing management (2) ratings & review software and smart data services (3) surveys (4) Local SEO reporting The fact that they also have modules that cover Social and more is value-add for me and my team.
1. 3rd party review integration that isn't offered by other providers 2. Google Seller Ratings for my client's SEM and paid search efforts 3. Organic search performance reporting, scheduling and customization 4. Add-on solutions for any client need - surveys, review requests, listing management, ratings/review management 5. Scaleability for multi-location businesses and franchise-based businesses with unlimited users and customizable user roles to limit platform access to various enterprise stakeholders (i.e. franchisees, managers, etc.) 6. Direct access to the technical product managers for software feedback
The Reputation.com training program is intuitive and helpful, but it could be much more robust to help specialists tap into advanced features offered by the platform faster than learning on their own.

Compared to others, Reputation.com provides easy-to-understand data that doesn't require a PhD to decipher. Additionally, the price for their product is much better than the competition.
Could use some more customizable inputs. For example, the ability to "merge" two clients' information into a single report (many of our Regional Managers need a rollup report, just for their regions, not the entire portfolio).

Our clients were not responding to reviews before using Reputation. Now they are and are seeing SEO benefits. Reputation helped us organize our data through the reports and gave us what we needed to make an action plan to improve.
Reputation.com keeps me up to date on all my client reviews and gives me great reporting options. Timely notifications help us stay on top of customer sentiment. This is a great platform to keep track of franchise locations or separate clients with different organizational structures.
There are a few features that are cost prohibitive on a per-location basis for us. However, the upside is that these features are a la carte and not required to get good coverage.

We are very satisfied with the platform. As I said previously, we are able accomplish more on one platform and significantly improved our online reputation. We really like the dashboard as well.
We were able to go from three software providers to one for a fraction of the cost. We also increased our google rating from 1.5 starts to 4.4 stars!
The social media analytics. Our previous provider had better features.

For the most part it's been good considering the price point. However, there have been several occasions where some of our social accounts stopped linking correctly to the software and we weren't notified that something was amiss. Unfortunately, we missed responding to a couple of reviews that needed to be addressed because we didn't receive the notifications. As a result we missed opportunities to resolve customer complaints and potentially lost customers.
Ease of responding to and tracking reviews from multiple social sites.
When one or multiple social accounts stop linking to the software and we're not notified.

The interface is easy to use and it makes it very easy!
The price and some of the features. Also, Reputation.com is not an accredited member of Better Business Bureau which does have some impact when we first chose to go with this service.

Reputation.com is making it easy to get everyone in the company involved with helping improve our online reputation. We have been able to boost our rating significantly across all of our locations.
The ability to have everything in one place from reviews, surveys and social media. I am able to easily manage everything from the platform to make decisions.
Some of the individual solutions could be better. Social listening does not currently include Facebook or Instagram data.

I like how simple it is to use. It's very easy to maneuver through as well as train people on how to use it since I have to train staff almost every week. The price of this software is extremely reasonable compared to many other companies out there.
I don't like that it doesn't always work. That's kind of a big issue for our company. One of the key functions don't always work and we don't get alerted that it isn't working so we have to find out ourselves after months of using and paying for the service.

There isn't a whole lot to dislike about this platform. It does the job. Could possibly be more affordable if anything.

Although, we are just now realizing it's full potential, I am looking forward to using the cell phone feature for more accurate and faster customer reviews and it's fast response to online reviews. Reputation.com team is knowledgeable and happy to assist with any questions/concerns.
Everything is available at your finger tips. Product quality at a very competitive cost.
This does not reflect the software itself, but I was disappointed in our lack of knowledge of this product and its true potential and capabilities. Our communication with reputation.com team was limited.

They are very helpful. Cost is going up which is discouraging, but it's a good product.
Getting notifications about reviews and being able to respond there as well.
There are some limitations when you have multiple users.

I do not have to spend time manually searching the internet for new reviews, they are all consolidated into one place. They are great for the price - it allowed me flexibility and the ability to respond to reviews or even request them!
It automated alot of processes & I was always sure of what was being said about us in the internet.
It was not compatible with Yelp, so we were not able to interface with that platform.

Customer service is next none,
This company has great products that cater to the online reputation management and digital marketing. There online reputation management product is comprehensive and very user friendly. With the ability to solicitor and generate online reviews it is a great online tool to improve your online review profiles and create a more visible online presence amount your competitors. Their customer service is great as well.
The product is great but with so many companies that offer similar services the cost of the product made the difference within my company.

Not a ton of user specific customization can be made, unless you want to pay a hefty price for it.

Used the company for years but it has recently changed. It was basic and easy to use but now, with the changes, our package has doubled in price.
Annoying salesman trying to sell me an upgraded package.
