Pros

I love the templates and options for sending and then resending when the first isn't opened. I love the helps to increase percentage of readers too.
The best thing that i like about this software is its ability to segment audience quickly and exporting information to database from external sources.
I love the feature where you can resend your email to a batch of subscribers who didn't open the first email. I also love that they recommend exactly when your email will most likely be opened.

Pros

The great customer support of ProofHub makes it all the more amazing. Custom roles help us maintain privacy by managing access.
D also like to highlight the time tracking and online proofing features - two amazing features for boosting team productivity.
Excellent project management capabilities paired with some useful collaboration tools.

Cons

I HATE that you have to break up the text to add photos - if they insist that photos have to be full-width, just do that, it was a dumb decision to force user to add a new text box after every photo.
We have had a lot of small issues with Robly. The most concerning issues being emails never arriving to subscribers and emails going directly into spam folders.
Sometimes, I find the design options a little confusing.

Cons

However, I still find it a bit inconvenient that it has limited integrations with other software platforms.
As of now, there is no easy way to keep track of all your projects and still see everyone else's projects. With 100+ users managing their own projects, there is less chaos than I expected.
The training modules are very basic and hard to really get through.
