Pros

Great product and wonderful customer support team...their Salesfusion University class is amazing.
I've been through this transition several times, and am very impressed with Salesfusion, who actually made it fun and easy.
Overall, my experience has been very positive. We get great analytics out of this program, and great customer support.

Pros

The benefit of having all in one place is a great promise. And helps a lot that the entire team is using one single place for all organizational stuff.
I also love that they added a free plan for people to try out the platform before committing. But what I love the most is the new templates feature.
Good for managing high level projects and milestones. Gantt charts help visualize progress and keep our teams on top of their work.

Cons

Horrible customer support and frequent malfunctions.
I have experienced occasional slowness and trouble uploading images and distribution lists.
Get Mail Chimp - Much cheaper product with social media integration, email and landinpage builder (without needing to know HTML/ CSS and spam filter testing).

Cons

It also makes the relevant conversations and files more difficult to track down, since they might be lost in any of these subtasks.
There are countless examples of this annoying aspect.
Who knows that I did not use the service, because there are access logs, and still maintain the unauthorized charges.

Overall it is good and can compete in anything in market.

Pros

I use to create task management reporting which was quite difficult while using excel but with wrike resource and workload management features it is very much easy. Reporting is really easy for my whole team.

Cons

Need a video conference calling. Another issue is with pricing otherwise it is the best in industry.

Wrike has a great interface. I have come to love this software because of how easy it is to use. I think it's an excellent collaboration tool. It's very easy to work on projects as a team, and simply tag members of your business in each project. I love the tagging and chat features. The chat is very easy to follow. Honestly, I love the color schemes. It makes it very easy to use because of bold colors. I like how you can customize your Wrike background too! I do like how easy it is for admins to customize the features within Wrike. I've been able to help customize a few forms and features that needed improvements, and it was changed within a matter of seconds.

Cons

Because our company uses Wrike nationwide, you rely on each market to correctly make their projects and forms private to that market only. Occasionally, they'll make their forms public, which will show up on our dashboards too. Also, it would be nice for each individual user to be able to customize their dashboard views. Only the admins can customize it for the whole market, but I would like to be able to customize my dashboards for myself personally.

Pros

This program offers a quick setup and allow unlimited project entries. The dashboards can be modified and there are a lot of reports to select from. This is great collaboration tool but kind of expensive to similar products. Programs like Google Drive and Dropbox are supported to compile for storage

Cons

This program is wearing a pretty heavy price tag when there are very similiar products on the market for half of the cost.

It's by far the best platform on the market- we looked at over ten. Great for creatives; love the Adobe Creative Cloud integration.

Cons

The pricing. The cost per seat and required increments of 5 make it a costly investment.

I've use ripe software for over 5 years collaborated on multiple projects with multiple end users and vendors and can only say that is phenomenal software with a very good price in the market

Pros

Every aspect of using Reich is simple right out the box it all work very well I've had absolutely no trouble and if uses software for hundreds of projects over the last 5 years

Cons

I'm not big about cons for software that pay for unless the product is just garbage and this is not a garbage product

I love the fact that you feel centralized the entire time you are using the software. I have used competitors and alternatives, and my issue is that the amount of pages and steps you have to take make the process more complex rather than more simplistic.

Cons

If I had to say something bad, which is hard, it is that there is such a saturated market for project management tools, so you just need to keep bring value-driving features to the software, and always, always, listen to customer feedback.

Wrike was an extremely powerful PM solution that allowed us to increase efficiency and serve as a data repository for our business.

Pros

Wrike is quite powerful, and has all of the features you'd expect from a PM solution in its price range. Used properly, it can be very effective and efficient, with plenty of power to run project management in a mid-market business.

Cons

Like a lot of powerful products, setup and administration are quite complex. An organization using Wrike should have a dedicated project manager; this PM solution isn't designed for small businesses where someone tries to run projects while wearing multiple hats.

Time tracking is not a feature that is in every task manager on the market, it is something I appreciate about Wrike. I recommend this tool for having more professional features and better reports, including: *Better analysis functions *Better project assignment

Pros

1. Flexible environment configuration. 2. Improved visualization of the actual workload capacity of the team. 3. Folders can be created which are dedicated to be shared only with relevant team members. 4. Views can be changed 5. Reporting panel 6. It is cloud-based and allows access to content anytime, anywhere. 7. Communication is greatly improved. 8. It is a valuable tool for workflow reporting and tracking. 9. Integrates with other software.

Cons

The Gantt chart is not intuitive, and I would like completed projects to be hidden from the tasks in progress.

Pros

It gives decent options for set due dates and recurring tasks. Good interactive gantt (called time-line) to change dates on the go. I liked the sleek look and feel of Basecamp better.

Cons

It has many features and very good for project management. Not very useful for a product launch. It was a pain to setup users in the system and the nested tasks within tasks are complicating the look and feel of things. prices are very high compared to the market.

Great tool but not too flexible

Wrike was meant to join inter department projects together so job requests for creative, copy, compliance,etc could flow seamlessly to a finished product. Wrike provided the vast majority of what we needed.

Pros

I liked that I could create custom approval flows for different groups like marketing and compliance. Different teams could have their own structure.

Cons

The user interface was pretty rigid where you couldn't really customize to the level that I wanted. There are other tools in the market that allow you to ultimate flexibility but with that you lose some structure that Wrike provides. It's a classic example of one tool can't do everything well.

It is a clean and easy project management solution.

Pros

Wrike is, in my opinion, the 2nd prettiest project management tool on the market. And while 'pretty' may not seem like the main criteria (and it isn't) it does make a big difference when you are using a tool all day every day. Wrike covers all of the major needs for project management.

Cons

I actually don't have complaints about Wrike. If it meets your project management needs (and in full transparency, it didn't meet all of our needs, but we manage thousands of projects on a monthly basis with a huge team - we are an exception) then I would give it a good look. I think it is probably one of the best, and I've tried them all.

It allows you to have a management platform in the cloud, and thus be able to access it at any time and place, with that you do not need to have a dedicated infrastructure but they offer you the full service and for the payment you guarantee its operation.

Pros

Increase the productivity of your team or yours, enhancing collaborative work, allowing the management of multiple projects simultaneously, plus allowing you to keep track of your time and your team to know in which the time of each individual is invested, Knowing that each one is better, or in which more time is lost, this helps you to optimize the times and to know in which your equipment is better and in which they have faults to improve each day.

Cons

The free version is very limited, it only serves to test a bit how the application works and the advantages it offers, but to use it as it is, you will have to pay, the cost is between the average of the market and offers several plans for which you should decide which It adapts better to what you need.

For an immediate solution to project management and collaboration, Wrike is an excellent choice. With plenty of integration options with other apps and services its ease at fast set up, and the ability to engage unlimited projects simultaneously, the value outweighs the higher price. Wrike is one of the best on the market today.

Pros

Has a quick setup and supports offers unlimited projects. It includes time tracking and provides dashboards and reports that are customizable. It also works with Zapier, Google Drive, Dropbox, Box, and OneDrive. Provides documentation for working with APIs.

Cons

It is a bit expensive and lacks some features compared to other PM software. The interface is occasionally counterintuitive.
