Great experience. I used it a LOT and it makes my work so much easier. Especially since it integrates with my CRM to allow for automations which are just wicked.
It lets me text customers and keep track of all text threads separate from my personal phone number. This is great!
Calling feature is great but still some bugs being worked out.

The ability to reach out to a lot of clients by text and carry on text conversations with ease. It does what it says.
Would love to have a killer mobile app interface for ios. The desktop interface is fine and is improving but an ios app would help.

It was good initially other than getting logged out on my phone app frequently. I ran into issues with messages not be delivered and the customer service team refused to talk to me to help resolve. I definitely do not recommend using this company.

Ability to tag, opt out and manage text messages.
The system is slow and the app does not work that well. It is very hard to carry on a conversation via the app. Being tied down to a computer to respond to customers is not ideal for the mobile business we are. It would be nice to receive a text while I am out of office and be able to respond right away opposed to waiting to get to a computer to respond.
Hi Matthew, we do have a mobile app for Android and iPhone so you can text on the go. Just download the mobile app and this will solve your problem.

It's far easier for me to text if they are busy at work themselves, it's less intrusive than a phone call.
I use salesmsg for texting back and forth with our clients. It's gives me their contact info at a glance, and is easy to use.
Very rarely there is a bit of a lag, and I'll get a response later, but it happens very rarely.

I've worked with Salesmsg (Sales Message) for awhile and am part of the team building out the product, so I want to make that clear before you read my review. I've found that the two way text messaging platform is easy to use and would recommend this to any business looking more than a sales text messaging service. This platform is great for sales, marketing, customer support and internal team use. It really has applications for almost any business need where you're trying to reach customers. Text messaging gets such a higher response rate than any other channel (much higher than email) it would be a great option for any small to enterprise level business looking to dive into a text message based solution to reach their customers.
Great product and innovative team, the ease of use and expanding functionality of the product.
Can't find anything that I didn't like, the platform is easy to use and the interface is easy to understand.

The software is self-explanatory and easy to use. It is an easy and fast way to communicate with clients. I love the fact that I can use my laptop to text - it's so much easier than using a phone to send a text!

The ease of use is fantastic. I like how it syncs with my CRM (PIPEDRIVE)
How I can not send group texts. It would be much easier if I could select or text several people at once.

It is a great communication tool but I think they should scale to other countries especially for businesses that are available internationally
It is an efficient way to manage customer communications this is because of the automated and scheduled messaging
The URL tracking feature is not accurate sometimes. I've received wrong information that did not show when our clients clicked on the link in the text messages.

Allows me to not have my personal cell # floating out there, when I can use my SalesMsg #.
Seamlessly integrates into HubSpot so I can use the app on my phone when I'm on the go, or use it right inside HS when at my desk and don't have to download other apps or open more browser tabs to communicate with prospects and clients.
Sometimes there is a lag between when I click on the number I want to text and when I'm able to begin composing a message. Happens rarely, but enough that it's annoying.

Speed to communicate with prospects.
Simplicity. It's super easy to navigate around. The software itself is very responsive and fast to work with.
It would be nice to have the ability to push enter and a text will send. Wish the scheduling integrated with ScheduleOnce. It would be nice to have 1 click template responses for messages.

It was really easy to setup and the customer support has always answered my questions quickly. I ask a LOT of questions of support teams and they have done a great job at helping even when they couldn't directly solve my problems.
We've seen a big improvement in our appointment attend rate from connecting Salesmsg to Zapier to automate SMS reminders and start an instant conversation. Just being able to simply text back and forth has really helped our sales process.
The mobile app is difficult to use. It struggles to load messages so we find ourselves using the desktop app 99% of the time.

Technology is not my strong suit -- but this is as straightforward and easy to use as they come -- and makes it so much easier to be able to text from a computer rather than a cell phone -- easier to integrate with our CRM as well.
If there is a way to schedule texts for a later time I haven't found it -- but it would be helpful! I'm on the East Coast and sometimes want to reach people on the West Coast....but not at 6 am their time!

Super easy ActiveCampaign integration. Works amazingly well with automations, app is clean, messages go through without a problem and all messages are recorded in my active campaign contact notes. I’ve used a few other services and this is by far the best for 2 way automated text campaigns and automation.
Had an issue with messages not going through but it was solved quickly.

I love that it works with our CRM system and our VOIP phone numbers. So I can track all activities that my sales team is doing and it's easier for them to track their activities. I can't imagine trying to track individual text messages back and forth with prospects on our CRM without it.
We are still getting use to it so I don't have any complaints yet. I would say if there was a way for us to click in our CRM prospect file to open up SalesMsg directly, that would be a game changer!

I offer my Math/Physics students text support between sessions. They LOVE that I do this, as it helps them if they have a crucial assignment due, or are studying for a test and 'get stuck'. Having a separate number from my personal line maintains my privacy, and I can easier set my hours for notifications. I also love that I can use it from my computer, not just my phone!
I REALLY would love to be able to send pdfs from my phone, not just from the computer. Please add that feature!
