Pros

Overall, a great tool for anyone on the sales team who are used to working in Salesforce. The integration is super helpful - with the info you need, in an easy to find location.
It makes my team more efficient and have more information to help them be even more successful before they pick up the phone. Their customer service team is helpful if there's ever an issue.
You will find that for the cost, it is a powerful tool and can boost the effectiveness of your inside sales and business development efforts and help them establish a list of solid targeted clients.

Pros

Integration and ability to export leads directly to Salesforce is a great feature and allow us to measure RoI because we can track the progress all the way through.
I love how easy it is to create a list of prospects. Even once you have made your list, you can then select how you want to view this and what information is most important to you.
Really good, great CSM who is always onboard to help when needed his assistance. Really happy to be onboard with these guys.

Cons

The LinkedIn feature used to show if the person has a LinkedIn profile, but only if the person was in their system prior does it now show. I guess they lost their integration or something.
The accuracy of the data needs to be worked on and apart from the data that is available for North America, it almost becomes obsolete for other regions.
Very rarely the information lookup can go wrong if other data related to the contact is not correct.

Cons

I struggled a bit at first with pulling data reports, however, I think this was more "user error.
Opened up a new pipeline of established off-the-highstreet online retails that traditional lead generation techniques missed.
At the beginning may be a bit difficult to understand and use it with the full potential.
