would recommend this appPros
M glad I had an opportunity to try sendinblue because I would have never known that it wasn't a good fit for me. So I applaud them for offering that to small business owners.
I was pleasantly surprised by SendInBlue after having some not so great experience with other similar software, which in some cases are more popular.
The tool is seamless, easy to create campaigns, segmentation for focused targeting & one of the best feature which I personally like is automation.
Pros
My experience EmailListVerify has been just amazing. I would highly recommend them not only for their product which in my opinion is the best in the market but also their customer support.
It is very easy to use and clearly explains how to create filters in order to help organize your inbox to your own preferences. Has a clean, easy to follow user interface.
I am extremely happy with its results which I can see in my email campaigns. I am getting good responses.
Cons
The support for domain campaign, no support to avoid spam and lower bounce rate. Poor marketing automation support.
We do get it's totally right approach to avoid the spam databases, but we were totally mislead and basically were late to send out the campaign due to that.
Compared to their competitors, there are many tools missing, and tutorials missing, solutions for partners and agencies are limited and expensive.
Cons
There are several others who offer guarantees - up to 97% accuracy or your money back. EmailListVerify failed to offer me a refund, failed to apologise and failed to correct this mistake.
Their UI is OK, but quite confusing. They don't use the same terminology in all their screens, so its hard to see the exact emails you should mail, and the ones that are dead.
We have not had any resaon to complain about this software yet, we acheive the expected results with the delivery/cleanup.
