Pros
Its simple user interface and great deliverability makes it one of the best email marketing tool of this industry. It is also well integrated with SMS service which is a great tool for me.
Provide an Wide range of Marketing solution but i like the most is Push notification as its free and useful. Email marketing tool is too powerful.
The most helpful and organized website and thanks for the customer service they are really very helpful and clear.
Pros
Connecting with my list and having respond to my products and purchasing my products is amazing and great.
A digital and print magazine thrives on exposure and Moonmail is an excellent vehicle to help us expand our reach at an affordable price. The ease of use was great, and the learning curve simple.
The ease of use and straight forward dashboard is nice on the eyes and there's a template marketplace in case you aren't feeling creative. Pretty awesome product if you ask me.
Cons
I emailed their customer support, showed them that they are wrong and solved the problem. Never had it since then (and this was about 2 years ago).
Then we get another reply with a different reason “you are breaking our terms of service because you are advertising or selling fake drugs” okay what.
Probably, I will have to abandon this software and look for a more functional alternative.
Cons
It was buggy many times to the point that we missed deadlines that were a week out when we ran into the issue. Inability to create segments within the lists was very frustrating at times.
It does not offer any option if you suddenly can't use Amazon SES anymore. Also, the branding on the email footer is a bit ridiculous in paid plans.
Calculator is needed for expenditure along with smtp charges.
